Why is dairy milk free, but non-dairy milk a swingeing 40p extra? Does Coffee Zone have access to a source of free cow's milk, but not almond trees? It's absurd and I will never buy coffee from places that engage in discrimination against people who can't tolerate animal milk.

Went to the platform kiosk - "how quickly can you do a salted caramel mocha?" I asked, with my train due. My crikey, it was ready within a minute and very tasty indeed. I felt sorry for the lady with my high - pressure challenge set to her, but what incredible service! Greatly needed after a few late train connections earlier in the day, and very much appreciated

Can’t get a simple request right. Asked for tea, hot water with tea bag in the side. Still got the tea bag in the water and very strong tea. Please listen to customers.

I went to the kiosk at three bridges on Tuesday afternoon. The young girl was very helpful with finding which platform I needed to be on to go to brighton. She made an amazing mocha, and she had the most lovely smile 😊
