I bought a 6 month subscription as a gift. Apparently the coffee is very nice. I sent an email to coffeedirect.co.uk to confirm that my subscription was a one off payment for 6 months. I was told that this was definately the case and I would not be charged further. Today I see that money has gone from my bank account, the company have told me that my subscription has auto- renewed and that this happens automatically. I am pretty annoyed as I was told categorically that this was not the case when I arranged the subscription.

Would very much recommend coffee enthusiasts to go see Jim! From a group that knew very little about the process of roasting, Jim gave us all the help and experience we needed to walk out the door confident to start up on our own. So much insight and knowledge, just a shame we ran out time! Look forward to returning for more training ☕️

Well having tried numerous companies, non have been bad but have stuck with Coffee Direct, freshly roasted dated beans, great product and tasting notes spot on. I cannot find fault with this company, their products, customer service, communication highly recommended indeed. 5*****

order placed 10th March, due for delivery 14th March, several emails sent and responded too by coffee direct, but still no order, or confirmation of when we can expect the order. No phone number to contact them on either. Wont be using them again, and i'd suggest you do the same, unless you like giving your money away for no product and appalling customer service- ps its now 16th April!
