Just visited this store has a fabulous selection of pet items..and gifts..
The shop assistant Luke was very helpful when I asked about my cats allergy..scratching himself so much despite flea and worming from vets!!! Brought some spray to try..the shop is inexpensive..and very well laid out..
Thankyou for your courtesy and advice..
Will definitely use again..as more local on the bus than pets at home and jollyes..which are a considerable walking distance from the bus stop if you dont drive..

I went to ask about dog leads. The owner wasn’t available but a child was seated behind the toll. When I asked a question he called his dad. His dad seemed helpful at first but seemed to say anything for a quick sale. Because I chose not to buy ( I didn’t know if the lead would fit my dog and don’t live in Colchester so would be hard to return if I had to) the owner huffed as if annoyed and marched straight back upstairs which I thought was so rude. I left feeling awkward and glad that I didn’t give him my custom in the end. Won’t go there again.
