So I’ve booked to be here for the weekend, once I had paid in full (and cancellation was non-refundable) they enlighten me to say I’m not allowed to stay here due to my age (I’m 23, and the other guest is in their 30’s) because you have to be over 25 to stay at this property apparently. This is not SUPER CLEARLY stated on their advertisements. It’s in their t&c’s somewhere but they’ve happily took your information (including my DOB) and the money and then said I cannot be allowed to stay here. |Safe to say it’s a hiccup in this business trip, and I don’t think I’ll be settling for any less than a refund due to how unclear this was. Possibly even a scam based off other reviews I’ve read.

Booked to stay for one night 16th April 22. ||Arrived at property took all luggage inside before going to supermarket. ||||Came back noticed long dark hairs on the pillows and cushions on bed were also covered in bits. ||||started to prepare food there were ants running across the work top and some seen in the shower. ||||Contacted Jay and we agreed it’s not suitable to stay there. Whilst on the phone ant was seen running up the wardrobe. ||||Jay agreed to refund deposit £50 and £69 for the room stating his manager was in a meeting but he’ll get it sorted. Jay advised me to cancel the room via booking.com which I did. He stated refund should come through within 1-2 days ||||Had to find alternative accommodation which cost me £83 funds I did not have. However I believed Jay was genuine when he said I’d be refunded. ||||Deposit was returned but not cost of room as agreed. Emails sent to Jay to confirm refund received but not room cost. He agreed to chase this up with admin. I’ve made numerous calls, texts and emails and no response||||I’ve now raised a complaint to booking.com. Jay has declined to refund the room cost||||Absolutely disgusting services!!! I will never book a third party company again. ||||DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY !!!!!

The day after a famous FA cup victory for Wolves over Manchester United I found myself staying in the City’s Coleman Studio’s. Less than a mile from Molineux Stadium I found it to be very comfortable and pleasant indeed. I loved the modernity of the room, as if it’s just been built. Loved the first class amenities - comfy, firm bed; TV, mini-fridge, microwave, comfortable table for dining on; very modern, clean bathroom and carpets. ||||The room was roasting on arrival – the thermostat was at it’s highest level (6), but that was easily remedied by turning it off and opening the windows.||||The room was very well stocked with refreshments and plates and cutlery. That came in very handy as I brought in a take-away. One minor gripe was the small number of milk cartons. If you used the selection available for a nightcap it meant there were none available for a morning brew and though there is a communal kitchen and fridge there was no milk in there, so perhaps Coleman Studios could consider that in future.||||Being just 5 minutes drive from the City Centre made it very convenient. All in all I just found this a very pleasant, nice place to stay indeed and I'd stay here again. It's pretty much the same spec as Holcombe House, Wolverhampton. That's not surprising as it's owned and run by the same people.

The room we had was small but functional and exceptionally clean with modern furnishings, there was a small but well maintained and functional en-suite with a good sized shower. The room had a microwave and kettle, together with tea making facilities. The kitchen was shared by the other rooms, but was also clean and had a dishwasher, washing machine and drier. The only criticism we had was the lack of basic kitchen equipment. There are five rooms to the property and only 4 dinner plates and 4 side plates, there were no wine glasses and no cooking utensils, so fishing poached eggs out with a cereal spoon was quite a laugh, pasta the night before without a colander was a little tricky. However despite missing a few cheap basics this was a good find, parking was good, and the accommodation was cheaply priced with high standards - We would book again - but remember to take wine glasses with us 🙂

Studio 5 room furthest from the building was extremely noisy walls are paper thin- felt like we were watching tv with the next door neghbour, could hear neighbours snore more than ourselves , every time water was ran boiler would rumble contentiously||||Staff were rude- banging on doors to offer room service after saying no and leaving the property for around 20 minutes we returned to find the cleaner ' washing' cups and cutlery and wiping with her top. The property was not up to standard on our arrival hair was found in the linen. ||||Prices are average and would suggest paying to stay in an actual hotel after all the facilities weren't too great. Would not class this as an 'apartment' or a 'studio'

Following a booking here this week, I was contacted by the host to confirm and I explained we needed a room with a garden as my husband had just been undergoing hospital treatment and had been very I'll and it was out anniversary, it was confirmed we had a garden and I was to give my credit card details for a deposit, so far so good upon arrival we arrived at a back street in a dodgy are of Wolverhampton and as we slowed down on this road full of domestic houses looking for our apartment we were flagged down by some scruffy looking man but ignored it and continued to find our apartment well no it wasnt an apartment it was a house that had obviously been converted into separate rooms ok well not ideal but let's go in and once in our tiny room it was decorated beautiful very small with a shower you could barely turn around in a shared kitchen area and guess what our garden view was opening on to a patio area shared with two other front doors and as you stepped out you almost could see into the next apartments window, well we couldn't risk doing this I rang the host and explained how this wasnt suitable and not what was agreed or how it appeared and because of the awful circumstances could we please cancel free of charge so we could book somewere else and the guy was lovely yes of course you can not a problem I explained I wanted to check as we couldn't afford to book 2 places and if we had to stay we would have to but he agreed it was no problem to refund us and to put a request in to booking .com and he would honour it as he was out the office..well guess what surprise surprise he hasn't let us cancel as agreed and when I called he assured me my refund was on the way he has since told booking .com I was a no show. So he can keep the cost of the room well I am disgusted he didn't honour his word and if I'm honest his rooms are are a converted house in an extremely run down part of Wolverhampton if you go round the corner at night there are a lot of drunks and drug users and what looks like ladies of the night, and don't take my word for it google the area. Thanks mr jay for lying never have I encountered this type of b.s from a hotel/room manager in my life

Would love to say it was a good experience but didnt even get a chance, booked this place well in advance for a wedding and 2 days before they cancelled my booking and raised it from £160 to £600, I wouldnt dare book as you could be left done over and unable to find a nother decent place.
