Just one night stay for us en route to Suffolk on our motorbike. Fitted us in with short notice.Very friendly welcome. We were in a huge self contained annex in the barn which was lovely and clean. Super breakfast and would have no hesitation in returning. Thank You very much.

We stayed one night for a family wedding nearby. Really lovely B&B the owners are friendly and it was all very relaxed. Its an old property and loved the quirkiness of the older features. Bed really comfortable and large walk in shower with hot water!. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Great value and will find an excuse to return. Highly recommend. Thank You!

Excellent two days spent at this B and B while attending a family wedding nearby. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Really felt very comfortable there. Breakfast cooked to perfection. Would strongly recommend.

A group of friends and I stayed for a night while attending a local wedding, and we were all very happy. The host was a lovely friendly man, extremely helpful and we were all comfortable in our beds. The property is a charming old farmhouse with interesting features and is styled appropriately. Breakfast the next day was a lovely full English with muesli/cereal/fruit to begin (also catering last minute for a vegetarian in our party with no problems) and it was just what we all needed after a wedding! ||Very tasty food, friendly attentive hosts and charming accommodation.

I stayed at College Farm for 7 nights whilst doing my motorcycle licence nearby, and I was very happy with my experience there. The setting is old fashioned and charming in the classic style you'd expect of a farmhouse/cottage, but the room did not lack a single amenity you'd expect from a more modern setting.||Heating was great, the bed was wide and comfortable, the bathroom was functional but perfectly reasonable, and I also had a TV, kettle, and microwave. ||But the highlight of the B&B was really the warmth and welcoming nature of the hosts, plus the amazing breakfast they had prepared for me every morning.||If you're looking for a reasonably priced and cozy B&B in the area, look no further.

Needed somewhere to stay for one night to attend a wedding nearby. We like small venues with lots of character instead of large hotels and college farm fitted the bill perfectly. |Very easy to find thanks to good old Google maps and plenty of parking.|I assume the main building is the old farm house that is probably a few hundred years old. Lovely old beams and doors and beautifully furnished. Like many old houses head room can be an issue however the rooms themselves were fine (I am 6'1") and the only time I had to duck was going through the doorways which was not an issue for me. We were upstairs and the stairs are narrow and tight. I mention it not as a criticism but merely that if you struggle with stairs normally then I would definitely ask for a room downstairs .|The owners are a lovely couple who are very accommodating and helpful.|Breakfast (which was perfectly cooked)was taken in a lovely room with plenty of space looking out onto the garden and with the gentle ticking of the grandfather clock in the background.... fantastic.|If you are the type of traveller who wants your venue to be perfect, with every mod con then college farm may not be for you. However, if you are looking for a little gem, with bags of character and great food then you will not be disappointed.....enjoy.

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at this lovely friendly B & B for a course at the local BMW biker training school nearby. The upstairs room with the windy staircase was really roomy. Will and Lynette were extremely accommodating and we had lots in common with bikes as well. Lovely breakfast every morning was a great start to a day out on the bike. Unfortunately I didn't pass my first bike test so will be returning in a few weeks to retake. Looking forward to another nights stay for that. I'd recommend anyone to stay here particularly for the bike course as its only a couple of miles from the training school.

Stayed at the B&B and the hospitality was lovely, our room was clean & tidy, our room was warm and lots of lovely hot water for a shower.
My partner & l were working in the area so it was nice to stay somewhere welcoming!
Lynn-ettes breakfast was great, would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay! Thank you for having us!?
