This was our first visit to the Combe Haven holiday park. As a group we go away every year, friends with kids aging from 5 to 50. |This sit was lovely, we stayed at 12 Harley Mead. Originally my friends had booked this for us and booked a saver caravan, but this caravan must of been a silver. It was lovely, had three bedrooms, a separate toilet and shower room, brand new microwave, toaster, oven, tv etc. hardly looked like it had ever been used! the decking was lovely along the side with solar fairy lights and a table with 4 chairs. We could see the sea and Hastings from the edge of the decking, which was beautiful.||We didn't utilise all the facilities, but the kids did spend a LOT of time in the pools. Real shame the slide wasn't working, as we chose this park for that, but we still had a lovely time. Food from the Mash & Barrell and Burger King etc were all fine. We did get a kebab delivered from Ali's which is outside the site, but recommended by a cleaner, was epic! Highly recommended! ||We spent a lot of time sitting in the sun, chatting and drinking whilst the kids swam, went to the arcades, played footie or used the trampoline. All in all we all had a great time and I'd 100% go back. ||only things I would say could be improved are for the slide to be in operation|and some hooks in bathroom to hang things. Otherwise it was brilliant.

Just had a decent stay at Combe haven, arrived and was greeted by friendly security and told where to check in both staff on check in were super friendly, and given directions on where to find my caravan. I had preselected Normandy court NO1 which was silver level caravan was super clean on arrival could tell the caravan was pretty new, had amazing views of the nature reserve out the windows of the caravan, had a lovely 4 nights away didn’t use any of the facilities in the park so I can’t comment on how good they are, security were all friendly on my whole stay and happy to have a chat. Over all enjoyed my stay

We had an amazing time. Friendly staff. Lovely place to spend some time as a family. Great food options in mash and barrel and they catered to my sons gluten free diet brilliantly. Home was so nice to stay in, clean and spacious. Well taken care of everywhere. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for the happy memories for our family

Love this camp, all the staff we dealt with were super friendly. Upon arriving our caravan smelt very bad and had no curtains, after speaking with reception they swiftly gave us a different caravan which was great.
I love the location and the views of the hills are lovely. The pool is great, mash and barrel staff fantastic and food and service good.
Could do with an extra playground area as only had one small one which didn't have a lot in.

Booked here as a last minute holiday to end the half term, I have been too rockley park several times and always have had a lovely stay the welcome staff so friendly, so thought we’d try this one as family were already there, when arrived at my check in time my caravan wasn’t ready I had booked swimming so this was a issue as I packed all the swim stuff in suitcases as thought my caravan was going to be ready, so I called the reception and they were rude and unhelpful just told me to get my suitcases out on the grass to get there swim stuff out and the caravan will be done when the cleaner gets back hopefully by 5 absolutely shocking! To then get into the caravan half the doors didn’t close properly, front door had to slam to get locked stained carpet, wobbly table held up by cardboard. The slide wasn’t open at all outside pool was absolutely disgusting how they opened it i don’t know I’m sure it would be against health and safety the pool had birds feathers all over it, and you couldn’t put your face under without seeing god knows what everywhere in the water! Inside pool was freezing, I booked the build a bear with Jaz party which wasn’t explained well and the entertainment staff were rude and rubbish with the kids, mash and barrel service was slow and food was below average cold, meats dry. Sand art and pottery ran out off the sleeves for sand art so the sand just falls off waste off money the pottery came back chipped and with marks on, only positive is the arcade staff and lifeguards were lovely and friendly but that’s the only positive I could really point out. Wouldn’t return here. Rude staff and mangers, not clean, my daughter couldn’t do the inflatable as she had fallen over and hurt her leg was told I have to cancel both my children or not getting a refund but my son wanted to still do it so was at £10 loss there. Shops are also very bare with little stock. In my mothers caravan her bed was broken so in usable, my sisters caravan again couldn’t shut the door properly. My nephew also got worms and became very sick a few days before heading home from here. They show no care for how they treat the guests and just aren’t interested in how they feel. Will stick to rockley park from now on.

The site was very clean and tidy. Children were given allocated areas to play ball, no ball games outside caravans. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with our TV which was fixed within 15 minutes. Very quiet area around caravan, we could only hear the birds, occasional car moving, dustcart on Monday and the usual English weather consisting of thunder ! |Shop was well stocked. Swimming pool was very clean and accessible.||Our only negatives were mobile phone reception was bad and no wiI-fi in caravans, especially as there was no paperwork in the caravan for site seeing places. No Wi-Fi meant we were restricted to the tv for news updates and felt cut off from the world abit. ||Overall the site was great and we will go back (but check Wi-Fi installation first!🙂) . Have fun at Combe Haven.

Loved the place. Caravan was clean and all bedding set up. Pool was a bit chilly but Showers were lovely. Clean changing rooms as well. Staff on security were polite and helpful. Felt safe on site as they were always on look out. Entertainment was a bit dated but fun for the kids. Overall very nice time. Will certainly return again.

Came here for a half term break as a family and the weather wasn’t great. The site was so windy! We had a bronze caravan which was really nice & comfortable. The kids enjoyed the activities we booked but the live lounge club house was poor. Huge with no kids disco and a nightmare to get a drink. Seems like they are only interested in bingo there. Also chairs stacked everywhere causing chaos. We much preferred the Saxon bar for a quiet drink. We went into bexhill on sea which had lovely restaurants and coffee shops.
