Comms with sales and events team was timely and clear at all times. Onsite responses where required were quick and efficient. Lovejeet was amazing in meeting all of our needs, especially when we had tech issues, even loaning a laptop for our use. Catering was superb, the venue set up our exhibition with buffet catering central to this so. our exhibitors could access delegates at many points in the day. Hotel rooms on site a real bonus. Pre-event dinner for faculty - food was delicious and beautifully presented - waiting staff were attentive but unobtrusive. Will definitely use thhis venue again.

Fabulous hotel. Great spacious room, strong showers. Breakfast was excellent especially the croissants. Great location, 10 minutes to city centre walking.|Staff were excellent, especially Melanie on reception who couldn’t be more helpful. Student area do a really nice atmosphere about the area. Would highly recommend

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel in the University complex but I was very pleasantly surprised by it.
I got a great greeting on reception and check in went smoothly.
The room was clean and had everything I needed but was a it warm for me, hence only a 4.
Staff on reception were brilliant as I had forgotten my phone charged and they went out of their way to ensure they provided one which worked for me.
Breakfast was like being in a high-end hotel. Really well presented, everything you could wish for and all top quality, especially the fruit.
All in all a great choice and I will definitely make again...we'll done to all concerned.

Excellent stay here for work. All staff are extremely helpful and polite and can't do enough for you to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfy, everything you need in them. There are lots of coffee stations throughout the hotel and every meal has been fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a good option for a stay in central
Birmingham.

The hotel and conferencing center is a commercial operation by Aston University. It offers excellent quality for a really reasonable price. I chose a single room which was ideal for my needs: clean, comfortable and with everything I needed.

The location is perfect: it's situated in the center of Aston University’s campus complex, and nearby has plenty of shops, cafés, bars etc. Also its only a short walk into the main center of Birmingham. I walked to the hotel, but it’s on the main transport routes should you need to take public transport.

The hotel is modern and well-maintained with high-quality facilities. The staff are excellent, efficient and friendly. I had a small issue with my room which was sorted out quickly- I have to commend the staff for their helpfulness.

Highly recommended should you be staying in the city.

This hotel is a little gem in Birmingham, stayed twice so far and personally I will continue everytime I visit Birmingham! Brilliant location central to all amenities and Birmingham Central, train stations not far either. The complimentary swim and gym is a lovely touch aswell just behind the hotel. Check in and check out is very swift and easy and perfect times.
The hotel is opposite a shop too. Can get very crowded during the day but it is located on university grounds so it would be.
The staff go above and beyond to help you they are so accommodating and attentive to all your needs, very friendly and professional in fact haven't known a single bad one.
The hotel has a very cozy atmosphere particularly at night. Breakfast is gorgeous and buffet style but they dish it up for you which i prefer can not fault that either. Evening meals lovely and presented well too.
Only downside is the bed wasn't that comfortable but for me I wasn't going to knock it off for that.
A little home from home and I can't wait to return!

I stayed here recently as part of a training course. The facilities are excellent. My room was very clean and spacious. Food was excellent with a wide variety. I was particularly impressed with the care and attention I was provided with surrounding a food allergy I have.|The Staff in all areas were polite and extremely helpful at all times.|I would definitely recommend to people.

Positives: I love the muffin you get on arrival!The hotel has a nice bar and sitting ara too.Negative:  The room I was staying did not have a desk. There was a fold away table on the wall that was broken. It wouldn’t fit in the tiny space between the wall and bed even if it was not broken.
