My daughter and I stayed here 15th-18th June and the staff really looked after us, especially Bob, who gave us, a lift when we were running late and couldn't get a taxi in time. Theresa for a gorgeous English vegan breakfasts and enormous help when my daughter got ill. We felt so at home. The stayed in room 3,twin, room was spacious, had all we need with comfy beds. Apart from Adnabs takeaway, delivery and restaurant there is nothing else in the immediate area. Unfortunately the rain stopped us from using the beautiful garden. The lounge was comfy though. Good WiFi. Bob always a phonecall or a knock on the door away. Given keys so come and go as you please. I would advise on taxi or drivers stay. 5 min drive to NEC and shops.

Arrived early hours of the morning after a flight into Birmingham . Key waiting to allow us into the room. We eventually got in not the easiest experience as the door appeared stuck and need a good shove to open it. Got in and the room was freezing with no way of getting any heating at all into the room. The ensuite was lovely but again more like a freezer. My wife had to sleep in her dress and a fleece to get warm
The tv was also not working . The beds however were very comfortable.

A good budget basic no frills B&B but so cold.

Good basic, clean, accommodation. Old fashioned B & B. Unfortunately, they are currently not doing breakfast si room o ly basis for your stay. Very easy to get to and super handy for the NEC.
