Didn’t have the best experience. Tried to leave a detailed review but to many characters! Basically the hot tub wasn’t working, only 1 out of 4 hot beds were working, they kept us waiting as they were a therapist down and the gowns they provided had been folded wet so when we came to put them on as I needed the toilet and there isn’t one in there they smelt awful and were still damp. I had a massage and a facial which were initially ok and then I had an allergic reaction to the facial. We also had an ok afternoon tea but with hit and miss service depending on who you asked depended on whether you got it -ie asked 3 times for water! I contacted them and got a really poor response no apology and they tried to say they do not charge you extra for using the facilities which is not the case and they did not even attempt to address any of the issues that I raised over than the hot tub not working they completely excluded the hot beds and my allergic reaction in there response. Poor, very poor which is such a shame as the location is fab as you can see from the pics I took in the cafe afterwards. One things for sure I won’t be going back as the facilities are not adequate for 8 people only 1 shower, and like I say no warning until we got there that things were not working. Sorry I am not able to post the actual response you sent me but you did not ask for any pictures and if damp is your washing powder -then you need to make adjustments! Rude brush off email was what I received and most points not even acknowledged or considered -no threats were made I simply said I was contacting you before reviewing -but blocking me on Facebook really does tell you the level of pettiness we are dealing with!

What an amazing afternoon at Contours Day Spa on Saturday. I regularly have treatments here - which are always great, however for some reason hadn't tried the Spa. It was fabulous, I had no idea what I was missing out on! I really can't recommend it highly enough, loved having the sole use of the spa facilities and the massage and facial were divine. Delicious lunch afterwards too. I'm hoping to make it a regular occurrence - thank you so much to the lovely ladies who looked after us xxx

I had a 1 hour massage with Chloe today, from start to finish was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. We spoke about my individual needs and discussed at length my problem areas and what I would like her to focus on. It felt like a truly personalised experience. The Spa itself was stunning, very clean and the views were incredible, I have now made this a monthly booking as I had such a wonderful experience. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks to all the team there as they were so friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful experience with Jess. Just what I needed. Very friendly, professional and welcoming.
Massage very peaceful and calm.
Facial was amazing, a little bit noisy as could hear people in waiting area. But didn't put a dampener on things. Thank you, will definitely return:)

Lovely professional eyebrow tint and shape. Chloe was calm and gentle and really precise. In the past I’ve felt rushed with eyebrow treatment. I like that approach.

It was my first time at contours SPA today. I had two lovely treatments done by Jessica. The time absolutely flew by and I left feeling very relaxed and rested. Thankyou, I'll definitely return again.

Two of us went for a 1 hour massage, spa and lunch.

Most relaxed I have felt in a long time. Had the spa area to ourselves and the food was great too.

It's worth going just for the restaurant as the views are fantastic
