I ordered quite a large and mixed array of main meals, desserts and some extra bits and pieces from Cooks for our weekend away. The taste and quality of everything ordered was exceptional and surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend. They delivered to our holiday cottage whilst it was being made ready by the owners so when we arrived it was all in the freezer waiting for us. I thought it was very good value and would highly recommend.

Very unpleasant experience in store with an aggressive staff member called Chris who publicly berated me for innocently using a discount card I’d been given - then charged me twice for the same item. I’ve been abused by this man before and sad because the food’s lovely and the other staff are very pleasant, but I won’t be going back

Amazing tasty food at a reasonable price. Absolutely ideal straight from the freezer to your plate in 15 minutes. We use it as a special treat meal with little cooking required and little washing up.

Fantastic!!!
The staff were incredible with my 94 year old Gran and couldn't have been more reassuring and helpful when discussing their delivery options. I know they will be helpful over the phone if my Gran needs to call.
The Eton Mess Parfait that was offered as a free sample was delicious! I will be buying some!

Received a call from cook Taunton today to say they were cancelling my order 5 days after booking. They said they would not honour the discount code that their website had accepted, no apology, offered a 10% discount begrudgingly if I repeated my entire order online. Not the time saving option I had hoped for!
