They didn’t include an item in my order that I know they have in store and still charged me a substitution fee without an actual substitution. And then when I phoned they told me they would phone me back and then never bothered to. Usually they are wonderful but don’t say you will do something and then not do it and don’t keep charging substitutions when you don’t give them.

I popped into this store on Sunday evening the 6th of October. I couldn't find what I needed. The young female member of staff with red glasses totally ignored me twice when I said "excuse me" She then put her hand up and said "can't stop" before disappearing into the back shop without even turning round. Rudeness personified. I'm glad I don't live full time in Rothesay, as I'd want to avoid this store

Dreadfull store. Tried to buy cider a week apart and they still hadn't manged to get a bar code ,and didn't tell me the second time that they werent bothering looking. The staff are rude and can't manage a please or thank you. It's like Royston Vasey. This is what happens when you have a captive market. It's a local shop for local people alright.

Good selection of goods considering we're a small area, brilliant staff, always helpful. Other supermarket chains failed here, co-op have stayed. Prices in store reflect the cost of excessive transportation costs from the ferry company Caledonian Macbrayne.

I was in the store today and due to past experiences I do not normally visit this store. I feel I have to bring to your attention the courteous mannerly and pleasant way I was treated today by a young man on checkouts his name is Jordan. Due to his demeanour it he made it a very pleasant experience.

Horrible prices and no selection and I see people walking into the automatic doors everyday. Worth billions and can’t or refuse to spend a few thousand pound on doors that works, literally both co op stores doors don’t work. People put up with the co op people make out like there savours there not there ripping everyone off and they only have locations in rural places and islands because there’s no competition and they can take advantage of the locals.

Always eating the same food week in week out, variety of foods available is pitiful and the prices as we are on an island are pathetic, they never have enough stock so everyone practically has to run round the store to actually get what they need, the fiver meal deal is about the best thing they do I only go there to shop because I'm disabled and poor and have no choice or my shopping bill would be about half if we had an aldi or lidl I would like to add that most staff are wonderful at the co-op though x
