Had an excellent 4 night stay as a family of 4 plus dog. We stayed bed and breakfast in the family room. Janet and Ian were lovely hosts, plus their dog Bonnie and our dog had some great morning walks together. The home cooked breakfast was brilliant, the kids especially enjoyed it. And the location was excellent for days out.

I was in the area on business and needed somewhere to stay at very short notice. Janet was extremely helpful and accommodating, and welcomed me warmly when I arrived. My room was clean, tidy and comfortable with toiletries and tea/coffee etc all provided. Breakfast was very good, including local eggs and the sausages were yummy! ||Absolutely cannot fault the service and overall I would definitely love to return here again.

Six of us were walking the South Downs Way this week and one of our stops was Copper Beeches B&B. From the moment we arrived, our hosts Janet and Ian were incredibly accommodating. Janet was very attentive to our needs, washed and dried our walking clothes that evening and even ferried us into the local village for dinner as we had been let down by a local taxi firm. The cooked breakfast was outstanding, each of us ordering something different and it was all cooked to perfection - tasty and hot. We only stayed a single night in the main house but would have been happy to stay longer had we not been headed to our next destination. Well recommended!

Myself and friend used Copper Beeches as a connection to the South Downs Way walk. The host was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. The only hosts who asked if we had any allergies so a big plus there. Coffee in a cafeteria, heaven. |We shared a family room, with a double and bunk beds. The rooms were clean and the added extra of tea and coffee facilities was very welcoming.|Excellent value for money and would recommend. |Only constructive feedback I would add is that the owners might want to take the picture of the lounge off their website as it suggests guests can have access to this area, but that is not the case. |Other than that, a very well run B and B which caters for all needs.

Great little get-away. I was given a cottage with kitchen (super for families at this price point I think) and I got some sleep before the Ferry to France the next morning early. As I would be too early for breakfast, and breakfast was included Janet packed breakfast in a bag for the journey!

Very good spacious and clean room in a quiet country location with off road parking, The property is relatively close to Petersfield and the South Downs including Goodwood. The host was welcoming and efficient. There was also a substantial breakfast using some farm produce. The price point is good value.

Stayed at Copper Beeches when we attended the Festival of Speed at Goodwood. We doubled up by walking a stretch of the South Downs Way the day before which passes just up the hill a way.||||The room was very comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming. providing us with a lovely breakfast to see us on our way the following day.||||The nearest place for dinner was in South Harting, about a mile walk along a busy road with no footpath. A bit of a pain, but if you need a beer, you need a beer as it was a nice warm evening. ||||As it was warm, we had the windows open in our room, and when the road traffic built up in the early hours of the morning, it put paid to a quiet lay in.

Nice rooms in a small old house, and the owner Janet was kind and friendly. I loved the Hans Christian Andersen-themed art in the room we were in. Breakfast was very good -- lots of options including various kinds of full English, and made from very local ingredients, including freshly baked bread. Janet also offers a packed lunch which was great for our next day's walk.
