The site was clean as was the caravan. The games room was messy, dark and dingy, and the kids park is a couple of swings. Fine if you just want a bed. There was a lot of mould behind the sofa cushions on the caravan we stayed in so could do with a deep clean

Have just had a week away at Copthorne Caravan site, wish it was longer! ||||Wonderfully peaceful site with other like-minded guests and owners. The location is quiet - there's no clubhouse, shop or entertainment and thank goodness for it. Slept incredibly well and the caravan was extremely modern and clean.||||Help, advice and local info is available in the office on site if needed but otherwise you're left to enjoy your break. There are shops including Co-op, butchers, deli, takeaways, etc close by (walking distance) and we enjoyed wandering to the nearest beach around 25 mins stroll. Several pubs in nearby Pagham very nice but bookings advisable for dinner.||||Had many childhood holidays here in the early 1980's so was good to revisit the site. Would recommend Copthorne Caravans and hope to visit again one day.

Very quiet site, great for relaxing and very good for a good nights sleep as near to no noise every night. Staff who run the site are very friendly and helpful as it’s family run. The only downside is if you’re taking children the activities to do onsite are minimal and therefore you have to drive about a bit to find things to do. Overall great though.

We have just bought our second caravan here at Copthorne, when we first visited it was to rent a caravan for the weekend. The site is beautifully maintained and the staff and owners are really keen to provide excellent customer care and nothing is too much trouble. ||||We have spent virtually every weekend at the caravan park this year as well as a few weeks holiday. This isn't like a standard caravan park, it doesn't have a big clubhouse or a bar and it is frequented by people looking in the main for peace and quiet, it is only a couple of miles from the lovely seaside town of Bognor Regis and is an ideal base for exploring the South Downs as well the south coast from Portsmouth to Worthing. ||We highly recommend it for either a short break or a long stay.

The caravan is cleans beautifully the staff are amazing and you can get help any time of the day very quiet and peaceful love staying there. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there you would love it.

My wife and I stayed here for two great weeks. We chose the site mainly because I know it (my Nan had a caravan here for several years and we have family down here) and because we didn't need somewhere with masses of facilities just somewhere comfortable and quiet to use as a base. Copthorne Caravans lived up to this very well. Beautifully maintained site with a good selection of caravans. Our caravan was comfy, had all the facilities needed and was in a quiet area of the site. Onsite facilities are minimal but Rose Green itself has everything you need and it's right on the doorstep of the site. Bognor is 2 miles away with easy access and everything else you could need. Thoroughly recommend this site to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday in a static caravan. Thank you!

For many years been staying annually sometimes twice a year at larger park not that far away.This year finally took relatives advice and came here.What have we been doing ? This site was much quieter,van much cleaner and nicer and owners couldn't do enough.We had the Swan van in the small field was was idyllic and very quiet and coming back we would request that part of the site as larger side did not appeal .Great value for money and we will be back.Shops across road also much better than paying double at some of these sites previously mentioned where you are a captive audience. Go on book Copthorne for a change you won't be disappointed by what Dominic ,Sue etched to offer.
