Used to be a lovely hotel, with plush business conference rooms.
For the past few years wvwry room, the entire hotel, has been rented out to by the government to house immigrants. It is now a complete dump

Beautifully put together and a magical wedding reception party was had. The decor and location was amazing, which started with canapés in the gardens, leading to a champagne reception.

The venue is nice. The grounds especially are very nice. Inside the venue could do with some modernization with some better toilet facilities and a spruce up is needed to the entrance. We attended a wedding and found the space ample according to the number of guests. The hall could also do with a good integrated speaker system and a retractable screen or two.

First impressions when we arrived were very good. They had run out of standard doubles, and gave us a free upgrade to a club room with balcony!! Dinner was delicious, though it did take nearly 30 mins with us and one other table, and the menu was very limited. Room was really well presented and bed was very comfortable. Found a bit of a language barrier with a lot of the staff. Restaurant manager could with learning some people skills, but overall very pleasant.

Been here since early May due to business and cant find enough words to describe how pleased i am for being here. From Hotel Management, Receptionists, make ready team and last but not least maintenance team, they are all very friendly and professional attitude towards de costumer. Room is always very tide and warm when we first step in and bathroom is always very shine and clean.||Definitely one of my best Hotel stays ever.

The hotel looks nice, the club house room was comfortable and clean...However, the customer service, especially the young lad at reception on 29-5-21 at 15:30 was shocking. Spoke to visitors rudely, and was completely disinterested. Had to wait 45 minutes for my pre booked breakfast, the staff were disorganised, and were quite happy to walk pass and ignore you. If you purely want just a room, then this hotel is fine, but in my experience its not worth paying for an inclusive breakfast or bother with room service.

Hired out the millennium suite for a conference. Service provided was brilliant l, very helpful staff in preparation and flexible as to preparation and allowing us to create our event possible without restrictions - compared to other venues similar. Car Parking was good, price for hire was reasonable considering such short notice to hire and very flexible on our planned arrangements. 👍
