One of the nicest and lovely costa coffee I have been to
I went to costa coffee borough green with my mum today
There today I had a bake roll tart and I really enjoyed it was one of best bake roll tart I have ever had in the whole wide world
To drink I had a fanta and it was very lovely and cold
The staff that work there are very kind and very lovely friendly polite
The service there is very good and amazing and lovely and wonderful
You have such lovely wonderful music playing today at costa coffee borough green
I had such a lovely first time experience today at costa coffee borough green

I was 15 p over Yh on my order soo my mate had soo cash I paid it alll 10 pound 15 p for two drink they where both medium with wiped cream but GESS WHAT SHE GAME ME A SMALL CUZ WE BOUGHT FOOD IN BUT WE WHERNT EATING IT YH AND TOLD ME OFF LIKE YH

A really poor experience. The cafe was tired looking and dirty. I was served my drink in a disposable cup, despite sitting in. The coffee was poor, slightly bitter and only marginally better than an instant. The light in the toilet with the nappy changing facilities wasn’t working and the staff weren’t very helpful or communicative about it. On the plus side it was fairly quiet for a Saturday morning…

visited here on a sunday afternoon . whilst there were 2 members of staff on only one choose to serve. whilst the other walked around looking lost . after waiting over 10 minutes whilst the young lady was ignoring us whilst she choose to chat with her colleague. she then reluctantly asked what we wanted .. after giving her our order she then proceeded to put our teas in paper cups , we pointed out that we was having this on site but she said well we’re understaffed and i have to do this as we can’t offered the washing up! needless to say we cancelled our order, of which our server huffed very loudly and proceed to give us a refund. there was no apology and before we could take our refund she had moved on the person behind us. we were very disappointed and went down the road to the cafe where another 2 people told us the same thing . very disappointing for Costa
