Love the frappes. Food ok for snacks. They do not allow dogs in the shop but you can sit outside where there is additional seating.

I’ve been in this Costa a few times over the years and have found the staff quite rude and disinterested in acknowledging customers. So the answer is don’t go there for me. There are plenty of other places to get a nice coffee from in Rainham.

Staff were on the ball and friendly. Our drinks were nice and hot,tasty and we're made within a couple of minutes. We had a bacon roll which went down well.
Unusually for a Costa the tables were mostly clear and had been cleaned. I did use the toilet, it was average and could have done with a bit of cleaning.
I find Costa expensive but this was a bit of a treat, I'm not a regular user. There are some savings to be had by downloading the Costs App.
They do have some outside seating but today was not the day to sit outside.
The branch is situated in the High St. There is paid parking within a 3 to 4 minutes walk

Met with group of friends purely for coffees at 2.30pm. No queue. Quiet so easy for a good chat. Quick service. Clean shop. Easy access, a couple of customers in wheelchairs.

Lovely staff. We spilt a coffee, all our own doing, but it was replaced quickly without further charge. Staff here are always lovely

Very disappointed with the service or lack of it. Patiently waited to be served. 3 staff behind the counter. None of them did not acknowledge me to take my order. One of the staff thought it was okay to serve her colleague whilst still not acknowledging that I was waiting. After a while I decided to walk out. Won’t be getting my custom in the future. Went to a coffee shop few doors down and I was served with a smile.

Bit of a dark coffee shop, staff not particularly friendly. Need a better dishwasher and worst of all no brown toast!
