We just popped in for drinks when we visited Twydall for something else. I was tempted by the hot milkshake - white chocolate and strawberry. I'm not too old to try new things! However, some things haven't been done before for good reason!

Costa Coffee makes a great coffee, but a warm milkshake doesn't compute for me. The service is very friendly and it's clean and airy with comfy seating. Actually, it's surprisingly nice in Costa, Twydall. It's not a go-to destination, but great place to go if you happen to be in the area.

Fairly busy with a big group, although did manage to find a seat. Service could be a little better with focus on the customer you are serving rather than a co-worker coming in or someone else; little clumsy/rude.

Only had a drink, so can't comment on food. Drink was nice. Tables could do with being cleared more regularly.

Costa Twydall, the perfect place to enjoy a coffee… if you’re into experimental brewing techniques and public speaking competitions. Some of the baristas here seem to have mastered the art of making coffee that tastes like it’s been brewed by someone who read about coffee once. Truly avant-garde!
On the bright side, there’s a young lady who is exceptionally friendly—so friendly, in fact, that her voice carries across the entire café. It’s like having your own personal podcast host narrating her day while you sip your lukewarm latte. Who needs peace and quiet when you can hear every word of someone else’s conversation from across the room?
If you’re looking for tranquility and expertly crafted coffee, this might not be your spot. But hey, if you want to feel like you’ve wandered into a community center with questionable coffee-making skills, then Costa Twydall has you covered!

I had my first experience of some quite nasty discrimination today in store by a member of the public, they dealt with it so well and made me feel so safe and accepted ❤️

Very pleasant place to pop in for refreshments with my service users. I like the disabled access throughout and that you can choose to sit outside too. Staff are kind and patient with my service users too.
