I had a vitality balance massage with Laura to try and help regulate my cycle after childbirth and breast feeding. Laura explained the benefits of the treatment clearly and what techniques she would use during the treatment. Laura is always professional and her knowledge and skill really shows. I found the treatment relaxing and calming and would definitely recommend it for general women’s health.

I go to Laura at Cotswold Sports and Beauty therapy to fix my body back up after I've abused it in the gym. Why wouldn't you look after your body like you would anything that can degrade over time. Laura is widely knowledgeable and qualified in many areas of treatments, very friendly and provides superb service. Always come away feeling a lot better than I went in. I have just taken a level 2 Reiki course with Laura, and just like her level 1 course it was a great experience. Laura took the time to explain things in detail which adds to the course and the course book was detailed so I had a lot of information to take away and reflect on. She is a patient teacher and is very experienced and knowledable Reiki practitioner which helps a lot. The model I practiced on was nice and gave me some helpful feedback. I want to thank the two models for letting me practice on them, and Laura for creating a positive, relaxing and informative experience for me. I would recommend learning with Laura to anyone keen to gain the skills of Reiki. Her Reiki healing sessions are also very relaxing so give them a go.

I have just completed the Usui Reiki first degree course with Laura and it was a great experience, She is a knowledgeable and patient teacher. The course was very relaxed and informative. The student manual was well presented and full of useful information. Laura guided me though my first hands on reiki treatment with the help of a nice gentlemen who came along for me to practice on. They both made the experience a good one for me. I would recommend this course run by Laura to anyone who wants to learn reiki.

Great experience. Laura is totally professional and extremely knowledgeable. My body felt so much better after the Balinese massage and strained muscles were hugely relaxed by the end of the session. I also felt re-energized - amazing given the current heatwave! Will be back 🙂

Perfect Relaxing Experience as Usual. This Time I Had a 2 Hour Hot Stone Full Body Massage. Overall, After the Treatment I Felt Very Relaxed. Would Definitely Recommend.
