We held our wedding here in October 24, and from start to finish the staff, particularly Barbara and Sophie were outstanding. Every detail was on point, and on the day nothing was too much hassle. The Manor Room is a fantastic grand room for a wedding, the food was excellent, outdoor space great! Nothing negative to say, our experience made our wedding day perfect! Thank you Coulsdon Manor!

Upgraded to an executive room which was meant to be recently renovated. Room itself was fine but clearly hadn’t changed the mattresses, not very comfortable and pillows hard and lumpy. Also, the king size beds was just 2 single mattresses pushed together. I really dislike when hotels do this and don’t even put a topper on the bed. A big gap down the middle of the bed is hardly romantic. Cheap TV so remote hardly worked, had to get out of bed to change the channel. Fan in bathroom wasn’t working and based on the mould starting to form on the ceiling hadn’t been working for some time. Breakfast was good and staff friendly, especially the young lady at breakfast. Nice building and grounds, could be so much better with just some extra effort.

Showing it's age a bit but - EXCELLENT breakfast and the beds are great - more comfortable than your own at home!
Mobility wise - there is a lift, but it's a bit of a schlep from reception (ask to go in via the fire exit at the back). Also - breakfast waitress (Liverpudlian?) went out of her way to make us comfortable. Deserves a bonus if not a raise!😍😘😊

What a stunning hotel. They held an event there for me and did a spectacular spread ! Beautiful buffet food , tea , coffee and afternoon tea . Really stunning all on white tablecloth.

Staff were very friendly and amazing and helpful. Thanks to Barbara the events organiser who was swift with emails and just very good.

Bar staff on 13/12/24,18:00pm- 01:00am were fantastic. Very professional and swift with their service.

Stayed here for one night for work and my room didn’t have a secure lock, there was a secondary lock on the door but it didn’t work. There was black mould and stains in the bath, the floor was dirty, there were scratches and marks all over the walls, stains over the mirrors and mysterious stains on the bedsheets. No plugs near the bedside tables, no main lighting in the bedroom.

Well what an absolute shower , arrived late due to work No food on (understanable) told the bar is open late . Showered came down to the bar pumps are off ? Said they were cleaning itll be half hr. 1 hr later i was told they are still cleaning as staff were putting on coats and leaving. So no food no beer. Breakfast the sausage looks like its straight out the packet and served thats how pink they were ! So ceral it is i guess. Can say we will not be staying here again ... now lets go find a cafe !! Shambles the service is as dated as the building..

Attended a wedding here. Beautiful location with friendly staff! Great space for an intimate wedding. Did not stay so cannot comment on rooms.
