The clinic treats a wide range of conditions so I've been coming here for various treatments over several years. I have been seeing Lucinda for my hip, knee and shoulder. Before my sessions with Lucinda I was unable to cross my legs and had very limited range of movement in my shoulder. Since my treatment I am now able to cross my legs and the range of movement in my shoulder has massively improved. Everyone at the practice is very helpful, professional and knowledgable.

I was suggested the Clinic through a family friend. It was a great experience right from the reception who is a warm friendly lady right to an exceptional and professional treatment I received from Jitendra Vara. He treated my backache with utmost skills which left me in pain for a couple of days (he had warned it!) to now absolutely fit with no pain or any difficulty bending down I observed prior to visiting him! I cannot recommend Coulsdon Osteopathic Clinic highly enough! I had severely injured my neck and shoulder while lifting weights at the gym—it was so bad I couldn’t move my neck or bear the pain. I reached out to the clinic over the weekend, and they very kindly opened up just to accommodate me.

Jitu Vara, the osteopath, was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. After just one session, I felt an immediate improvement, and within a few days, I was fully healed. Jitu’s expertise in treating even the most stubborn injuries and pains is truly remarkable.
