Sarah is the best! She has been grooming our Golden Retriever for a couple of years now and we couldn’t be happier with her services. We love the personalized one on one treatment that she gives Branson. Would highly recommend Sarah if you want both you and your dog to be happy!

I had an appointment today at 11am. Rang bell three times. Dogs barked and some male told them to be quiet. No-one answered the door. I rang Sarah but no answer. There were two cars in the drive so someone was at home. I am a new customer so to say I wasn't best pleased is an understatement. I won't be recommending you Sarah. Bad business practice.

Sarah is a fantastic groomer who has made a fabulous job of grooming my show-type cocker spaniel Summer. Summer is always happy, trotting off with a wagging tail and Sarah’s gentle and professional manner are incredibly reassuring. Sarah makes Summer look beautiful, and because I’ve never wanted Summer clipped, she hand scissors her coat to keep it looking silky even though Summer has been spayed and this is known to change the cocker coat to a more woolly texture. I would thoroughly recommend Sarah, you can tell she genuinely loves the dogs in her care and is a thoroughly lovely person.

Sarah is the calmest and most intuitive lady, who really understands dogs, their behaviours, and their likes and dislikes. She has even, when asked, given me insights into my own dog and why he reacts in certain ways, which I have found most helpful. The facilities at the Country Tails are very high standard and Sarah’s skills and abilities are superb. She always does for Matty exactly what I ask. He loves going to Sarah and comes back happy and calm, looking smart and smelling lovely! I wouldn’t hesitate is highly recommending Sarah to anyone wanting the best for their dog.

Going to see Sarah is more like an experience than just a groom. Our collie, Scout, cries with excitement when she sees Sarah, and this behaviour is usually reserved for Grandmas and roast dinners! But it’s because of the time and care that Sarah gives our beloved pup that shows in Scout’s enthusiasm. Scout can’t wait to play in Sarah’s beautiful garden and have fun with her gorgeous pup, Dexter. Sarah was recommended to us through a friend, and we’re so grateful she was. When Sarah moved, we asked if we could follow, because we just couldn’t imagine trusting Scout with anyone else.

We found Sarah from COUNTRY TAILS ,, from LEA COTTAGE WOODGATE online , we phoned to make an appt for our yorkie cross to have a groom , at the appt date we dropped ollie off and met Sarah and what a lovely lady she is , Ollie trotted off with her good as gold , 2hours later we called back to collect him ,and how good he looked ,,, the business ,,, we were very pleased with the excellent job Sarah did and the prices were so reasonable, would highly recommend her as she cares for your animals in all aspects ,, a lovely kind lady we will certainly use her service in future ….
