Zoe is class. Thank you for fantastic 5 ⭐ service. Brilliant and very personable server tonight. Makes me want to come back. Also, food was nice.

Had an amazing Honey BBQ Chicken burger. Whilst it wasn't cheap, it was one of the best I've had and I think it was decent value overall. The chips were ok, an adequate accompaniment and the ICE drink (cheaper Cola alternative) was fine.

Service was friendly and helpful. Would certainly return.

Only downside for me was the dip we chose, which was allegedly 'House Chilly' tasted in no way of chilli and was actually quite minty. Not very pleasant and somewhat disappointing as I love a chilly dip. Not a deal breaker but I wouldn't be getting that ever again.

Went down for the opening night of the new location and was just as impressed as I have been with other locations. My husband is gluten intolerant and the staff made sure there was something he could have. He said it was the best thing he has had in a long time. I got the loaded tater tots and could have eaten them multiple times over. Crispy and fluffy and tasty. The cheese sauce is a great addition (my husband was just about licking the pot clean)

A definite must visit!

Thought we would try a takeaway from craft burger as the reviews are so good and it seems popular.

The delivery was rather slow which was disappointing.

We ordered the remix burger, mozzarella sticks, and the double cheese classic burger both of which were made into a meal.

As photos show, only 3 small sachets were included for mayonnaise (which is poor).

4 mozzarella sticks for £3.90 is expensive! The meals altogether cost £30.70 and in all honesty the meals weren't worth the price paid at all.

The fries were cold.

The meals were average at bes. The remix burger hardly included any donner (see photographs).

We weren't happy and we won't order from here again. It's close to where we live so the delivery charge is exceptionally high.

Maybe eating in this place will be a better experience, but I wouldn't order a takeaway from these again, as pretty as their packaging is.

First impressions as you walk through the door is how clean the places is. The menu is not complex, but consists of some good choices, Certainly enough to get your test buds Flowing. Service is friendly, with a smile and very helpful and informative. This place is definitely a hidden gem in Hartlepool And most certainly worth a visit, You wont to disappointed
