Fantastic as always. We love Crealy. The staff make it the best experience. We have been going for years and the staff are amazing. Always smiling, helpful and wanting to make it the best experience for families. Can't recommend enough, particularly if you have toddlers and younger ones. The annual gift cards are incredible value for money. And this year's Halloween event was fantastic. We LOVED the new Halloween woodland adventure. Thanks Crealy!

We visited on Saturday 19th October, all the members of staff were really lovely. The queues for the rides moved really quickly or there wasn't a queue at all.
In the soft play areas it says children have to be accompanied by an adult or supervised, even though there is staff members monitoring. One of the soft play areas there wasn't a member of staff in sight, the children running around were swearing and quite rude. Which let it down to be honest. So we left quite quickly from the indoor play areas and went back outside for the rides. Luckily it was such a lovely day.

Needs more maps around as we weren't given one on arrival and signal wasn't good enough to use the online map. Multiple things were closed which would have been nice if they put it on social media first as I had disappointed children. The waiting time for just a portion of chips was ridiculous.
The gift shops were good and priced well. Arcade was fun. Soft play areas were clean.

Our day didn't get off to the best start when we queued for our first ride-The Twister for an hour and 20 minutes for it to be closed down due to a slight bit of drizzle! Although we made the most of the day and had a nice time it does feel that the park is mostly aimed at younger children -our daughter is 13yrs old. It would be great if it had an update and a couple of slightly older things were added to the park.

We went to Crealy theme park for the day as a family of 9 (3yrs to 60yrs). Weather initially was good, with the rain, however, still plenty to do inside although we remain outdoors. In Oct the theme was Halloween and the queues were either minimal or zero, enabling us to stay on some of the rides. Plenty of different rides for all ages.
Although the cafe costs are slightly inflated (no surprise for a park) the entrance fee were very good compared to other theme parks.
The whole family thoroughly enjoyed themselves, with no complaints. Highly recommended.

This was our first visit to Crealy, as a theme park we consider it fantastic for younger kids, up to early teens. There is plenty to do and short queues. The park is very clean and the best factor was every single member of staff was happy and an absolute credit to the place. We will definitely come back!

4th time to Crealy. Thought this year we would upgrade to the new Farringdon Lodge. |BIG mistake. !! |Yes they are new but totally not worth the money. |No washing machine |Beds are so uncomfortable mattresses are very cheap with no support. |No bath !! |Hot tub smaller than the previous lodges |Rusty decking furniture. We had a lodge with a ramp for my grandson as he is in a wheelchair which was fine but the hot tub was positioned lower in the decking so we physically could not lift him in and out of the tub. (Which we use for his sensory needs). ||Overall such a disappointing trip. ||The staff are amazing though. So don’t let this review put you off coming. Just don’t bother with the new lodges.

We recently visited Crealy Theme Park, and it was an unforgettable experience! The park itself is packed with fun and exciting rides for all ages, and the atmosphere is incredibly family-friendly. However, what truly made our day special was the outstanding customer service we received.

A special shout-out goes to Marianna, a staff member who was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly helpful and patient with us, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. Marianna went above and beyond to make sure our visit was smooth and enjoyable, even taking the time to answer all our questions and assist us with any concerns. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out.

We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at Crealy Theme Park. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun-filled day with excellent service!
