Had a lovely one night stop in Lincoln for a black tie event. I chose Creston Villa as it was within walking distance to the event.|The welcome from Iain was exceptional showing me the facilities available, then my room.|The room was comfortable with plenty of hot water from the shower. |Tea and coffee was available both in the room and kitchen/dining area.|After a good night sleep breakfast was continental with an assortment of cheeses and meats along with fresh fruit and yoghurt. |There were also homemade brownies and cookies.|Iain and Anne were exceptional hosts and I have booked again for another event next summer.

Caring owners who obviously do this for the love of the role. Delightful bedroom (Pine), comfortable bed and good shower/bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfast choices. WiFi and in room coffee/tea. Iain & Anna are rightly proud of their guest house. It’s their lifestyle choice.

The Creston Villa is a superb location for a stay over in Lincoln. The most important is that the owners - Iain and Anna - really believe in hospitality. They run the B&B with absolute passion and treating every single guest with care and meeting their every need. From drinks upon arrival, to the lovely fresh rooms and bathrooms, the superb continental breakfast (this may be continental but it is huge … pastries, toast, juices, yogurts, home made jams and marmalade , meats / cheese and salad. All amazing). I have already returned for my next stay !!! Well done Iain and Anna and thank you very much - you can see why Creston Villa and yourselves are so popular !

Excellent stay. The hosts were very friendly, welcome and helpful. The room was great - spacious, with a comfortable bed and with everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent. It was in a good location. not far from the city centre and with free parking on neighbouring streets. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

10 out of 10 for Iain and Anna's beautiful guest house. Everything was so beautifully and thoughtfully done. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was lovely. If you love antiques and curiosities, you will adore staying here: there is something interesting everywhere you look. I like the extra effort this couple go to, from home made cookies and jam to offering guests umbrellas and service. It's like staying with family.

Expect a warm welcome when you arrive, when you go to breakfast and when passing in the corridors from both Anna and Iain. An amazing couple, dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Our Victorian room was spotlessly clean and welcoming, along with the separate bathroom. A great place to stay when exploring the city of Lincoln or on business.

A beautiful, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, Anna and Iain are the perfect hosts. We love the decor and our room, Pine Room was lovely and a very comfortable bed with ensuit bathroom. Anna home made chocolate brownies and oat cookies are lush !! Thank for a lovely weekend.
