For the price the quality of food is great. A great amount of flavour on the burger sauce and the chicken is fried incredibly crispy, a great pairing with the soft croissant-waffle hybrid bun. The burger isn't listed to come with fries, but to my surprise it did.

IMPORTANT
If you order any of the platters, ask for the sauce on the side. They're smothered in it which is great for flavour - but I'd rather decide what sauces I want to try.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating when we were there. A novel experience, if you're in Coventry often it's definitely a place you should visit.

Very nice atmosphere and service - tables were cleaned very quickly (but not rushed) and someone on the table next to me wanted something in their drink changed and the staff did it straight away.

I just had the vegetarian (just cheese) Korean style corn dog and was very nice especially with the sauces, although i think would be better with the sausage filling too - I would love if they gave a vegetarian/vegan sausage option for the corn dogs!

Didn't get very much but was good portion for the price. I plan to go back to try the boba and bingsu!

Friendly staff and delicious food

I would recommend the hot beef and cheese corndog. I get it every time I go and I'm never disappointed. It's really yummy.

The volcano ramen is also a fave of mine - spicy and tasty.

The drinks can be a little hit and miss. My fave so far is the honeycomb dalgona which is pretty sweet.

The bingsu is also amazing but a huge portion so come with an empty belly haha

This place serves delicious korean food!!! Turns out this place is Halal. I always get the volcano corndogs which are fire 🔥. The rice bowls and croffle burgers are also quite nice.
I tried the bingsu (shaved ice) for the first time; while it tasted nice, the fruit on it was also frozen which turned the dish way too cold for my teeth. I'm not sure if that's how it's meant to be, so maybe the dessert isn't for me.

Clean interior, some seating downstairs but larger room up top. Friendly welcoming staff, got the chicken tower burger. Piece of meat was HUGE, and full plate of fries and salad. Very pleased, this was a delicious meal and under 10£. Will be back!

Croffle Bank is my favourite cafe around the area, for me the best coffee in town. The dalgona honeycomb latte in particular and the fruity bubble teas are my go to orders, the Korean fried chicken meals are delicious too, I didn’t know about croffles until I visited this place but I’m glad I found it! The tiramisu croffle is highly recommended and always really well presented. I often sit in as the interior is nicely designed and really cosy so it’s ideal to relax alone too or if you need to work. The staff are always polite and friendly and willing to help you if you’re stuck on ordering, and always keep the place clear of any dirty tables, you can also order from your table too which is helpful if you have limited mobility. Overall a lovely cafe which is worth a visit!
