We can't praise the host, Matt, enough. He was so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The restaurant he recommended was really fun and great food.|The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. Great en-suite with shower.|Breakfast very relaxed with help yourself buffet style. The location was good with a short walk to shops, cafes, parks etc

Matt is an amazing host and helpful in every way possible. We felt at home and it was such a beautiful feeling. The B&B is well located, near train station, tram station and restaurant. It is exceptionally cleaned and well kept. I would come back over and over again. Highly recommended!

Matt & Bev were the perfect hosts. Hospitable, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The crumpets were divine, the room was absolutely beautiful, and the location could not have been better. Just minutes on foot to the Lloyd Park tram station. I can not rave about this beautiful B&B, or the hosts, enough.

Excellent B&B in a beautiful home. Our bedroom was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great quiet location with excellent public transport. The room was serviced each day & Matt was on hand with helpful and useful travel advice and printed details. Thank you from Mandy and Mike.||

Needed a last minute place to crash, found them on Google.

Easy to locate, expansive house and reasonable sized rooms and decent beds.

Room was clean overall. Fresh towels and shower gel provided. Walk in shower and a large TV. You get a kettle and few complimentary water bottles and cookies. Nice touches to bring up the rating there.

Didn't have the breakfast, so no comments there's but I am sure it would have been decent based on the overall sense of the place and how it was run.

The host was polite and helpful. The broadband is on the slower side, specifically the upload speed. Bear this in mind if you are working remotely and need to send emails or worse, video calls.

I would stay there again, you can get there from East/West Croydon station by tram quite easily. The tram stop is 4 mins from the B&B.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this fabulous B&B. The location is in a quiet, great area outside of busy London, with tram and train service very conveniently located. The owners, Matt and Bev, were exceptional hosts in every regard. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and anything and everything you could possibly want or need is provided. Breakfast each morning was terrific and made to order from a variety of choices. We will definitely stay again if traveling in the area in the future.

Beautiful B&B, fantastic value for money, and an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and impecably clean. The hosts are very warm and friendly people. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!
