Crosple Cottage sits on the 1000+ acre Melfort Estate in the picturesque Scottish northwest. The cottage is 3 years new, and takes smart to the next level... Brilliant! Cozy, comfortable surrounded by hills and sea, the land is pastoral with sheep and wildlife surrounding. Night skies are pristine. The bed is toasty! Hydronic in floor heat, supplied by high efficient heat pump and energy saving lights throughout testify to the owner's commitment to a carbon neutral environment, while providing for ultimate comfort.
