Due to a wedding, we were limited on which rooms were available. As this break was to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we booked a suite. Not cheap, but fantastic as a treat. The suite was superb, the staff fantastic from reception to breakfast to chambermaids. The hotel was luxurious. The food superb and the pool facilities excellent. We did not have time for a spa day, but others we spoke to said how great it was. We also ate at Bertrams, again staff first class and good great, to celebrate our anniversary. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Our 3rd visit to Crow Wood Hotel & Spa on an overnight hotel & spa package. The whole experience is absolutely amazing. Friendly & helpful staff, golf buggy transport to and from the spa to hotel. Excellent spa- the new renovations are stunning- truly the best spa we have ever visited. Fresh towel service, ultra clean, amazing spa treatments from|very experienced- knowledgeable staff. The food in the spa from tapas to pizza is gorgeous and the cocktails ? add to just a great experience of relaxation, self care & a bit of indulgence with friends/family enjoying time out from the daily hustle and bustle of life. The hotel accommodation is immaculate- very comfortable- well furnished and has everything you will require for a luxurious stay.The bar area & restaurants offer a friendly atmosphere and the hotel is set in wonderful grounds. It’s our treat of the year to ourselves. And we will be definitely back again next year!

This was our first visit to Crow Wood and the Woodland Spa, and if we could score our experience as a 12 out of 10, that's what we would do! ||I'm not someone who is easily impressed, but our 24 hours here were simply outstanding. From making the booking to checking out and paying our bill, every touchpoint was oozing with world-class customer service. ||The spa was an absolute joy and a revelation. The facilities are incredible; beautifully designed, spotless, and with such an array of options. All the staff were ultra-professional as well as being friendly and accommodating. ||We had lunch in the Terrace, where, again, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and where the tapas we had were beautifully presented, well proportioned, and very tasty. It was here where we also had the pleasure of having a chat with MD and owner Andy, as he took some time to unintrusively check in with customers over lunch. This was a particularly nice touch and, for me, showed his leadership and hunger to check that his vision is meeting all the requirements for customers. ||We finished our experience with an evening meal in Wilfreds restaurant, which was equally as delightful as every other experience during our stay. ||To be honest, we could write a much longer piece to fully express our pleasure and admiration for what we experienced, but we have to stop somewhere!||Thank you, Crow Wood. Impeccable, world class, andvan absolute joy from start to finish. The only question we had as we left was when is our next visit going to be!

I can’t rate or recommend Crow Wood and The Woodland Spa highly enough! From the moment we stepped through the door to the moment we left, it was outstanding. The customer service was superb, every single member of staff we crossed paths with was friendly, cheerful, so professional and helpful. We have visited the spa in the past and knew it was amazing but if you can make amazing better then The Woodland Spa has definitely done that with the alterations. It’s truly stunning! The meal in Bertram’s restaurant was delicious, hot chocolate on the new rooftop terrace by the fire pit was perfect and the self serve buffet style breakfast in the hotel the morning after was the best I’ve ever had. One great feature is the golf buggy shuttle ride between the hotel and spa, and I have to give a special mention to Nathan the buggy driver. Such an impeccably turned out chap with a great sense of humour and a real genuine warmth to him. It was a hilarious journey and I actually think he could drive for Red Bull! A true asset to the company.

One night stay here after a day at the Woodlands Spa. The first thing to say is that the staff in every area were just the best. Friendly, helpful, professional. The new look spa is fabulous and now double in size, we ate a tapas lunch in the spa , very good. Then an overnight at the hotel, our room was perfect with a great view over the garden. Our evening meal was first class, and in the morning the breakfast was one of the best buffet style I’ve ever had.

In truth never a 5 star hotel in a million years. A good test of a hotel is would you stay there again, and I cannot say I would. There are many better "5*" hotels to choose from.

1. Very tired swimming pool, steam room, sauna and changing rooms. Broken/cold showers, broken/missing tiles etc. Of course the spa is supposedly exceptional but check point 5.
2. Having to move from a £350 suite due to banging music from the function room below.
3. Having to pay £1.20 for a pool towel. So cheapskate.
4. Attitude of breakfast serving staff where "I would just have to wait" for orange juice and no table ordering.
5. Impossible to get through to the spa as the telephone was not answered across the entire day we tried.

Me and my partner recently got married at Crow wood. Everything was amazing.|The night before me and my daughter stayed at the hotel in a suite, we were even allowed to check in early as our room was ready! |We used the leisure facilities which the concierge happily drove us to in the golf cart. |Our evening meal was enjoyed at Wilfred’s which was absolutely gorgeous although I had a very nervous tummy and couldn’t eat a lot, my daughter ate her entire meal and helped me eat mine too. She then got the brownie desert which she couldn’t eat so they packaged it up for our room later.|Our room was stunning. Clean sheets and fluffy pillows, floor to ceiling windows with a stunning view of the grounds, a lounge area and a dressing area. The bathroom was amazing, my daughter throughly enjoyed the double bathtub and walk in shower. |My bridesmaids joined me on the night for a bit of a pamper session.|The morning of the big day my daughter and I headed to Wilfred’s again for breakfast. The range of food is exceptional. Again I didn’t eat a lot but what I did was very nice. |My bridesmaids, hairdresser and makeup artist arrived about 9ish and we all had plenty of room to get ready. |The wedding was amazing. Although the weather didn’t play nice and we had to be married indoors, it’s a beautiful set up. We opted out of the wedding breakfast as we had a late ceremony and instead got canepes. Then for evening food we got the hot baguettes which all our guests have said were really nice. |From booking to the day of the event everything was amazing. Highly recommend jody the wedding coordinator. She helped us from start to finish. She even kept an eye on me the morning of the wedding. Plus she made sure the groom and groomsmen were presentable, fitting the button holes and pocket squares. She went above and beyond for us.

We attended a wedding at Crow Wood and this place is amazing from the spacious grounds where you have plenty of seating areas to in side which is kept clean and to a very high standard. The Staff are always more than happy to help in anyway they can.
We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms are clean, spacious with all the amenities you could need.
We booked Wilfreds restaurant which is in the hotel and again the service was great and the food was amazing.
The wedding was well planned and the rooms nicely decorated and everything went with out any problems and the Location is easy to find but also nice and secluded which is perfect for a wedding and a good night's sleep.
