Fabulous but pricey facial . I had the champagne and truffle facial which also included head feet and back massage lovely . Just s shame no one ever answers the telephone !! I tried over 4 days at various times and got the same message . I think this shortfall in their service needs addressing .

We stayed two night’s in the Pendelum suite and it was beautiful. The room was beautifully decorated and was very big. The bathroom was also the same. The view was even better than I imagined it would be. The staff were amazing. So polite and so accommodating, a special thank you to Amy who greeted us with a big smile on Christmas eve right up until we checked out on Boxing Day. Shannon who served us at breakfast on Christmas day was also so so lovely and if I’m honest I’ve not come across such a dedicated and happy team at a hotel before. Hats off to everyone. The hotel is spotless , so clean and spacious. The gardens are also beautiful...it’s safe to say that we will definitely be coming back! The breakfast is also amazing, great spread and variation both healthy and gluttenous haha!

I love it here and I go at least once a year.
This time I didn’t feel the normal vibe.
I think there needs to be checks on the quiet room as there was people with booming voices in there. The ladies changing room had loose floor tiles with water oozing through the grout. Please please sort the bar tab system out. Why not take a scan of the bank card at reception when you check in? You have to mess around going to the bar upstairs setting up the account that the spa reception fail to mention when checking in. We lost half an hour going getting a bank card, walking up to the restaurant to sort a tab out, taking the card back to the lockers and then at the end of the session, going back to the restaurant to close the tab. What a farce.

I love going to the gym at Crow Wood ! The exercise machines are new and are of a high standard. The staff are always on hand to ask questions, and they're always friendly and helpful.

This review is about the restaurant only.
Excellent!
We had the burger with the peppercorn sauce, which as other reviews have said, is delicious and good quality.
The venue and staff are superb.
I would highly recommend this place.
P.S. from what I could see, the Spa, with outdoor pool area also looks great!

We ate tea at the Lounge. The food this evening was excellent and the staff were friendly and polite. We will visit again as have been happy with the meals we have had at all three restaurants. Great food, cooked to perfection and well presented

Popped in the lounge for lunch and wasn't disappointed. Food was lovely and friendly staff. Would be 5* but coffee machine wasn't working and that meant we couldn't have any hot drinks which was strange as I'm sure they could find a kettle from somewhere. Maybe I'm being picky due to lack of sleep as its not a big deal though.. I'd highly recommend you go here. Was fairly busy for Thursday lunchtime too.
