Service was very friendly and helpful. Location within reasonable walking distance into town but plenty of buses if you don’t feel like it. Crowley Road is a very eclectic mix of shops cafes and bars. Room a good size we had an additional bed for a young child.

I have visited this hotel on multiple occaisions and can say the staff are extremely welcoming, The rooms are modern and comfortable and the location is one of the best in Oxfordshire

Hotel is just in front of Night club . Too much noise till morning. Can’t sleep whole night . Without heating in negative temperature whole night . They turned off heating at the night . Not good hotel for rest .

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. However the shower had almost no water pressure in the morning, and was cold. I showered on arrival and it was hot so I don’t know how reliable it really is, but the staff was otherwise very helpful and solved my only major concern right off the bat.

Room was ish tidy went to get a glass of water from bathroom tap, it absolutely stunk of sewage I drank a bit from the tap went to fill my cup up later and realised it’s filthy and provided evidence and now have real bad stomach aches and gagging don’t recommend!

Amazing and friendly staff, spotless rooms and bathrooms. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel which goes through the city center and train station which makes travelling stress-free.
