Lovely hotel friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are good but stuffy warm. Took a few hours to cool down with the air-conditioning. In our room the body lotion needs to be swapped with the conditioner. I'm sure you need conditioner for your hair by the shower not the sink.

This was the 2nd stay at the Crowne Plaza NEC within a few months. Both times have been excellent. The hotel is kept modern and clean and the breakfast was perfect. We would like to thank Artee for her service at the bar in the evening and again at breakfast the following morning. She is friendly and very polite. We will stay again no doubt. The only thing I would suggest that could make the hotel even better would be a courtesy bus to the airport as Taxi's cost £10-15 each way. This amount is incredible considering it is only 1.4 miles away (4 mins) from the airport.

We stayed at this modern and pleasant location near the National Motorcycle Museum. There is plenty of car parking on site which has to be paid for, there is no need to rebook the parking. Whilst this is not the cheapest of options available but it is a good hotel with great customer service. ||We were pleasantly greeted and due to politeness of the manager and my health needs, they very kindly upgraded us to. Suite on the 5th floor and gave us breakfast unfortunately we were not able partake due to time constraints and a very busy evening before. The Hendrix suite was a great and large room with. Balcony should you wish to use it. The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked. Thank you to all great team and your professionalism you made our stay very nice even with all my health issues. I would highly recommend this mid priced hotel with great facilities and a great location.

Nothing special but expensive. £300+ for a basic room with half board for two people for one night. Dirty room, full of cobwebs , needed to ask for more towels as only one ( for a couple) given. Terrible service for evening meal , too many people and not enough staff. Food not bad in restaurant for dinner and breakfast||After paying over £300 shouldn’t be expected to pay £15+ per night to park your car too. due to staff ineptitude they got the drinks bill wrong by fifty quid which kind of meant karma sorted things out…

All the staff were extremely helpful and efficient (particularly appreciated Matthew's hard work and help on reception sorting out our room issues on check in). Breakfast was excellent, food was fresh and hot and gluten free options were provided every morning and again very good service.|Our accessible room was spacious and quiet and the beds very comfortable. Loved the shower! Wardrobe space was rather limited though for more than one person.|There was lots of parking and the hotel is only about 10mins walk to Resorts world arena and shopping area. Once again a great stay here and we'll be back!

All the staff were really friendly, kind and helpful. The room was good - comfortable bed and good bathroom. Enormous smart TV with only one problem - barely loud enough on max volume, strangely rectified by going over to iPlayer. The Pendigo restaurant was not open on either of our two nights, with dinner being served in the bar area. On the first night it was extremely busy and noisy - better on the second. I was a bit perplexed when after pointing out that my rather expensive double whisky had not been included in the bill the server on bringing an amended bill said is “is that more to your liking?”. Well as an IHG shareholder I suppose it was…

Just back from a 2 night stay. Top tips, book breakfast the night before as it’s cheaper than on the day and pay for your parking once you get inside the hotel as it’s cheaper than the machines in the car park. The staff made our stay very enjoyable especially Nikki the Restaurant Manager, she was very professional and kind at all times, going over and above for every customer. The reception team were also very warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when we are back at the NEC for the next Tropic party! The location was perfect for the NEC. NB we didn’t have a hairdryer in our room for some reason… check when you arrive!

I visited for a works seminar and the hotel appears very clean and well presented, staff are also very friendly and the food spread for lunchtime was very nice, a lentil dahl curry and rice with vanilla cheesecake for dessert (which was to die for!). Nice sized conference rooms, and a nice little break out area too. Very happy with the recent visit
