To be 100% honest the hotel is what you would expect for an IHG. Rooms are good, comfy bed etc.. But the team were fab. In the restaurant the waiters were really accommodating and polite when we had to move. Offering to carry our things. But without doubt the best thing was King David in the morning. His second day in the reception area and his smile, his demeanour and engagement was ace. And he also encouraged reviews. Him and Ioana were great and made the stay just that bit better.

We are a family of 4, had booked 2 rooms. Our first trip to London, had not expected quite much; hence were pleasantly surprised in more than a way.|Rooms are big (which we didn't expect), very comfortable, all amenities available including anything we ask for (in case you forgot to get it).|Breakfast was good, good range of eatables. Mr Peter Young as well as others are equally attentive. |Front desk all were good who we came across. Ms Sujata, Mr David went out of the way to make us comfortable. Thank you Crowne Plaza, Ealing. Would certainly want to come back if ever back in London. 😊

On the whole the staff were amazing and the hotel was spotless .
The beds were super comfy.
The food in the restaurant was very good.
And some staff members went above and beyond.
However room service and management response was a different story.
I ordered originally a ham ,cheese and tomato sandwich off the menu only to be told that they don't do that.
So I ordered a prawn Mayo sandwich with Crisps and Salad
The cost of this was £12
What I got couldn't have been further from what I was expecting.
I had the largest Dinner plate with a sandwich in the middle it was uncut no Salad or Crisps
Inside was the thinest spread prawn cocktail not prawn Mayo and so much Rocket that what there was you could not taste .
I was not given a choice of white or brown bread either.
I took a picture and showed it to both restaurant staff and reception staff, all of which agreed it was awful and they even took a picture of my photo.
I was promised a call or email from the manager as this was unacceptable. But unfortunately nothing has been forthcoming which reduces my faith in the hotel management should other issues occur.
For a 4* Hotel I expected better quality and better service from management.
But all I got was a sandwich I would not pay £2 for in a cheap supermarket.
And 1* service from the management in regard to my complaint.They need to lead by example not the other way round.

Spent a week in the hotel for work purposes. Easy check-in from polite desk staff. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom large with bath and shower, including very good toiletries and towels. Plenty of storage space also. Wifi not fantastic but ok for phone use etc. Restaurant was very clean and the staff were excellent. Quick table service and the food was really good and well presented. I had a room away from the main road and it was very quiet.

This is amazing hotel with best services across Europe. I normally stayed in Crown plaza in other parts of Europe, but this one is excellent in terms if cleanliness and services. Mr. Ali ( Chef) incredible personality who has given personalized service with fresh foods. I would not forget Mr. Mohammad Dar who has given me the great service in the restaurant. If someone gets a chance to stay in this hotel, you will be lucky to meet these persons.

This Crowne Plaza is always my place to stay when visiting London. The staff are really amazing and so helpful. Credit to Umang Pedro Harsh who assisted me this morning in getting breakfast together to take up to the room for a member of our party. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The whole team on breakfast duty gives the start of the day a feel good factor.

The facilities are top-notch, from the well-maintained rooms to the excellent restaurant, which always offers a great dining experience. However, what truly makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional staff.

Stayed for four nights. Very close to Hanger Lane station (basically one short subway walk away) or ten mins on bus/car from Ealing Broadway station so very convenient for public transport or your own car. Parking available too.|I was given a Queen standard room (with bathtub rather than shower cubicle). Large bed, tv, desk, chair. Tea, milk kettle in room. Iron and ironing board also available.|Bathroom looked dated due to bath tub but was fine. Water had good pressure.|Housekeeping seemed efficient and did a good job each day.|Breakfast was plentiful: hot options included scrambled eggs, sausages, eggs (omelttes to order too if you wish), bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, bakery items, juices, yoghurts and hot drinks. Enough tables for seating too. |Overall a decent hotel - a bit tired looking for a crowne plaza but given the rate and location to public transport it was fine. On a busy road but no noise into room.
