Absolutely outstanding. We arrived and conversed with James on reception who was very helpful with enabling us to check in early and he has a warmth and friendly disposition that made our first impression glow. Matthew also assisted us with our check in and queries and again, his friendly & warm nature made us feel welcome and my friend and I both agreed we’d made the right decision in choosing Crowne Plaza Nottingham for our stay. Our first impression was just how immaculate the hotel is, it smelled absolutely beautiful in the reception area. |The room was clean, the air con perfect and although we are only here for one night for a concert at the nearby Arena, we highly recommend the hotel for it’s presentation, cleanliness and the staff’s professionalism, hospitality and warmth. An utterly faultless stay and we will definitely be back. |Thank you again to James & to Matthew who are both sublime in their roles.

We had another fabulous stay at this hotel. Reception staff James and Gemma were both great... so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bar area and breakfast areas are beautiful... The breakfasts are superb! The pool is lovely. Location is great as you are right in the city centre.

It was very convenient for the theatre. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The room was compact but comfortable, and the air conditioning was a god send because of the weather. Could do with more storage space, but we were only there for one night.

Excellent amenities. Good location. Clean and comfortable.
Dinner service should be improved but breakfast was plentiful and relaxed - no pressure, great way to start the day. Modern aspect and excellent for working spaces. Gym and masssge was lovely. There was a strong mould smell in my room but colleagues had a spacious airy room.

Overall, the hotel itself was beautiful however the ambience downstairs was not reflected in the room which felt a little pokey. Check-in was seamless and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The spa area wasn't very inviting despite the facilities being good - only four seats in the whole area. The pool area was clean however and the pool itself was just the right temperature. The spa facilities were excellent and I had a treatment during my stay. It's a shame the room hadn't been bigger, everything just felt cramped and overpriced at over 200 for a 1 night stay including parking.

We visited for my partners birthday and had a wonderful stay! Maria on reception was so welcoming and really looked after us during our stay. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing both nights, the only thing that let the stay down was the service in the restaurant could have been quicker and more attentive to make sure everything was okay with the meals etc. However i definitely would recommend this place to others, such a nice modern hotel and the beds were really comfy !

We stayed here on the 1st May and it was a fantastic experience. From the minute we walked in it the staff were just amazing. James on the front desk is fantastic. He was so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was wonderful, hot and very tasty with so much choice. The best freshly made omelette I've ever had and my husband said the full English was hot and very tasty.The lady who greeted us that morning was lovely and took us round to see where everything was. Very good location for just about everything. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel 100% will definitely stay again. Whoever is running this hotel is definitely doing a great job 👏
