I absolutely loved SUP yoga at this venue yesterday! What a way to spend a Sunday morning! I could’ve stayed all day there, just chilling around the Crystal Lake. What a fabulous way to learn to SUP … with an excellent instructor -Sam! She gave us clear instructions & then was on hand whilst we floated around the beautiful lake to answer questions & give advice.
The venue is wonderful & falling in was ok on a gloriously hot day!!
I would highly recommend doing this course to learn to SUP!

Samantha was just perfect on the mindful walk. Friendly, enthusiastic and assertive with her practice. The yoga element was very empowering and makes me want to take it up!
The walk was a bit too far for my damaged back and hips but that’s just my mistake.
Oh and just so you know, she has the most beautiful laugh!

My friends and I had the most amazing day at Crystal Lake Yoga Retreat. I would highly recommend booking this experience. We all came away re energised and refreshed from the yoga and meditation sessions.
The highlight of the day was learning paddle-boarding and experiencing paddle board yoga.
The food was beautiful and the setting is stunning.
Massive thanks for a fabulous day.

I recently had my first visit to Crystal Lake Therapies and I certainly will be returning. I received a lovely welcome from Sam who proceeded to show me around, and I was amazed with how beautiful it is. My treatment was the Full Body Mind and Body Revive, and it was so relaxing. I was briefed with what to expect, and what the crystals meant. I often get Reiki treatment, and this did not disappoint. I got a lot of it with colours, visions and images.

Thank you for a lovely treatment, and I can't wait to return.

Sam was fantastic! I've had Reiki before but never as wonderful as this time, the colours I could see and the enlightenment of the session was fabulous! I came out feeling de-stressed and much more grounded. Cant wait to return!!

Glorious autumnal weather welcomed us to a beautiful setting. The day flowed perfectly from a warm welcome, soothing yoga followed by an exhilarating swim in the lake and wonderful lunch. An afternoon of mindfulness walks and crystal meditations left us feeling relaxed. Sam was very knowledgeable and her enthusiasm made the day joyous and special. A brilliant day!
