Wow ,🤩 love my nails . First time nails done and they look so nice over all . Lovely experience will go again . Had bad experience with Mint mint , a new lady was Rude to me . Always went there for yrs and yrs . The owners are lovely 🌸 it’s their loss for keeping rude staff , who can’t do the nails. But hee I found a new place to go do my nails. 💅 oh and the warmth of the towel so super fantastic to relax on your hand after a long day at work loved that bit 😃❤️❤️❤️

Let me start by saying I didn’t feel welcome here at all. The minute I entered, I didn’t get anyone to acknowledge me and I honestly didn’t think anything of it until other people arrived after me and the nail techs greeted each one of them. Then I saw on their wall that it was cash only, walked up to one of the nail tech to ask for the nearest cash point and she didn’t reply me even after asking several times. The lovely lady the nail tech was servicing was the one who actually replied and showed me the nearest ATM.

Should have just left at this point but I didn’t since I really wanted to have my nails done for my upcoming vacation. Anyway, I got back and sat until it was my turn. Then the nail tech that attended to me actually injured me when she was trimming my cuticles. Like there was blood and she didn’t even apologise, like not once even though I was bleeding. Then she added a green liquid after I told her I was flipping bleeding and didn’t tell me what the liquid was. Like why would you even do that? Took about 2-3 mins before the bleeding stopped but I felt the pain the whole time. Also, the nail techs kept communicating in their language which I obviously don’t have a problem with but I just felt like they were talking about me at that point when I called her attention to my bleeding fingers. Didn’t like it at all.

I’d admit, the nails are nice but the service is a total zero for me. Definitely won’t be returning.

I got my nails done hear today, absolutely lovely costumer service. Very gentle, made me feel comfortable and relaxed and did the design I asked for to an exquisite standard. Definitely would recommend. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. I’m definitely going again
