Absolutely gorgeous spa, Ellie I believe her name was, the receptionist, was so so wonderful and attentive. Nothing was ever too much for her.

Both pools were clean and tidy, the changing rooms and showers were lovely and the new pool bar was amazing. I can’t remember the name of the man working on the bar but he had a long beard and again he was so attentive and nothing was too much for him. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much again to everyone on the team at c-side, especially Ellie and the bar man for making our experience so much better. 💖

Not what I expected from Cowley Manor. The spa was very poor in comparison to others that I’ve been to. Initially I couldn’t book through the website and had to phone. The treatments weren’t clearly listed with prices and timings.
The pool was cold, no jacuzzi, there was a broken shower, none of the cubicles had any conditioner in. The shower water was cold! It also flooded! There was limited changing space.
The food and drinks in the bar were very nice and the views around the building are stunning. The spa however feels like it has been totally neglected. Sadly it was a poor experience for my daughter’s birthday

Wonderful pool and spa, though I was surprised there was not a jacuzzi. Enjoyed a relaxing spa day here. The lunch at the restaurant was especially wonderful—delicious food and very friendly service.

Lovely location, beautiful grounds, the pools are amazing and the outdoor pool is heated. The lunch was delicious and was a perfect size. The treatment (a massage) was okay - not amazing but not awful either.

Very poor service.
I tried to book the spa package as a surprise birthday gift for my friend, who came from abroad to visit me. She was only available on 5th Aug, so I contacted them 2 weeks in advance to arrange. They emailed me with an available time slot on that day and we agreed a package and price. As I didn’t want to send my card details by email, I asked them to call me to take payment. After that, I didn’t hear from them for a week. I tried calling, sending emails, but no one picked up the phone and I received no replies. I even left a message at the hotel reception asking them to get back to me. They eventually replied by email just a day before saying they were now fully booked on 5th Aug.
So my plan for my friend’s birthday treatment was totally ruined. So shocked by the poor service and sloppy communication from a supposedly high-end hotel/spa

The facilities were ok, but the Hammam was out of service when we were there, also a little disappointed there was no jacuzzi, seems a pretty standard feature at any spa. I would say the value for money for a day pass is not great. Paying for the location not the facilities. Food and drinks were nice.
