The room was spacious and enjoyed an impressive view across the Lough. The service in the dining room and especially the bar srea was exemplary. Dinner was first class with a wide choice of food and wines. The decor throughout the hotel has been upgraded and this makes the hotel one of the most appealing in its class. The breakfast was slightly disappointing and did not measure up to its price (as an extra) or the quality of other five star hotels in Europe or North America.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this beautiful estate. We have had the privilege to travel a lot in our lives and stay at some beautiful places, but this estate by far is at the top. It was one of the biggest highlights in our trip to Ireland. We traveled with our 18 month old little girl and they were so extremely hospitable, warm and welcoming. We felt like royalty for the time we got to spend there, the staff is above all the highest quality of standards and the estate itself is breath taking. The local sourced food was delicious, and even the clientele was so friendly and lovely, always including and willing to include our little duckling in the conversation. We will certainly be returning to this slice of peace and tranquility. What a wonder.

Had a fantastic couple of nights. Lovely spacious room. Really good gym (loads of free weights, space, good current equipment, view onto the gardens) and spa with a sauna overlooking the Loch (steam room, jacuzzi, pool - all really clean and well done). Gardens down to its own on site pub, the Cultara inn. Short walk down to the shore with lovely coastal walk. Right next to a really handy train station (Cultra) that gets you to the titanic qtr and befast central in no time. Staff were all really professional and the bar/lounges had a really good feel ...... and view. All in all, better than the website presents and exceeded my expectations.

This will have been our third visit to this beautiful hotel. The public areas are beautiful - just like being in a stately home. The breakfasts are of high standard and good to see that local produce is being championed. There are lovely walks along the side of Belfast Lough and Ulster Folk and Transport Museum are within walking distance. It's great to have the railway virtually at the bottom of the garden. The only slight niggles are that the duvets are heavy and the pillows too stuffed. Otherwise very comfortable.

A wonderful experience.
From arrival to departure (and at every stage in-between) we received wonderful and memorable service.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful and (having tried all three dining options) the food and drinks were delicious.
A surprise for us was how close the train station is, making trips to Belfast city centre and the Titanic Experience really easy.
We would highly recommend Culloden Estate and are already looking forward to returning.

I booked the dine and indulge package with my friend as a relaxing day out as she had just received some awful news so this was needed.
The hotel itself is stunning, lovely views and the food was beautiful tho the portions are on the small side. All staff except one girl where all very friendly, helpful and professional.
The spa is lovely tho the facial we received as part of our package was disappointing. It's advertised as a personalised facial but there was nothing personalised about it.
My friend had asked before we went in to get it done if there was a facial for anti aging and she was told that she could have one fitted into the 50 minute treatment but that's not what we received.
We where both told a skin analysis was going to be done but there wasn't. It was more just like a face massage and my skin felt awful after it. It looked dull and just felt dirty if I'm honest.
I asked My friend what her experience was like after we met after the treatment in the relaxation room and she described the exact same as my experience. This is what we where both looking forward to the most which is why I'm leaving this review although we did have a good day but I dont think we will return

We went for afternoon tea. The service was exemplary and the welcome was so warm and genuine. Before going through to the restaurant, a cocktail had to be enjoyed. Stunning views from the bar lounge over their gardens, Belfast Lough and beyond. Afternoon tea consisted of sandwiches and copious pastries, set in opulent surroundings. A really wonderful afternoon.

Staff were very pleasant, but quite an average experience. The spa was full of kids (at the weekend children can be in the pool from 9-5) meaning you can't really switch off and relax. The bars, particularly the Cultra Inn were both totally lacking in atmosphere and there was a long wait for a drink in both and the facilities in the rooms were fairly basic. Nice breakfast but wouldn't be rushing back.
