A very warm welcome received at the cottage, even at 9pm, that’s going above and beyond and very much appreciated. The cottage itself was beautiful, location idyllic. A drive into Bradford on Avon was only a few mins. The drive into Bath was about 30 mins but it was a Saturday and the traffic was crazy. The cottage we stayed in had two double en suite rooms, kitchen with everything you need, living room, tv’s in all the rooms, complimentary toiletries, clean towels etc. We also had a bbq supplied with all the tools. Nothing was too much trouble. All that and a perfect location for our son who was training at the golf club just a stones throw away. Perfect. We’ll definitely be back.

We had two nights in one of the 5 bedroom cottages everything about it was fantastic. Comfy beds well stocked kitchen it was great, we could recommend this to anyone. We loved our two rounds of golf lovely club house too.

Beautiful accommodation. Our was next in the list for refurbishment but we thought it was great anyway. On a golf course but you don't have to play golf.

Fantastic place!
Great location (whether you are a golfer or not), lots of beautiful walks around the countryside.
Apartments are great with all the comforts, great kitchens, laundry and dryer, plus plus.
Just wish they had a nice restaurant on site as the facility at the golf course is very basic and not appealing (ok for a drink or a casual bite).
Must have a car to move around the gorgeous area. Very convenient and close to Bath and Bradford-on-Avon.

We would like to thank Marian and her team for the excellent standards and service we were given at these cottages.|We hired the 7 individual cottages for our daughters wedding this weekend. We hired for two nights with bbq supplied and set up for us.|The accommodations were extremely well equipped , comfortable and spacious.|The grounds they sit in are impeccably kept and peaceful. |We would certainly recommend to anybody. This was a perfect way to spend quality time with our family and friends on such a precious occasion. Thankyou once again!

Thank you Marian her team and CUMBERWELL for providing the most perfect venue and location for a group of close friends to celebrate New Year. Our cottage was just perfect to accommodate 5 couples extremely comfortably with each room beautifully appointed, each room having en-suite facilities. Wonderful open plan living area with a stunning kitchen and utility area fully equipped with more than enough crockery, assorted glasses for every occasion and cookware. Fantastic extra long dining table to accommodate everyone and very comfortable dining chairs. Beautifully landscaped gardens and garden furniture to enjoy the outside area in the better weather. We stayed here for our Wedding in May. It was the most fantastic stay. The cottages were beautiful and clean. The beds were comfy and each bedroom had its own ensuite. The kitchens were well equipped. Marian goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, from providing tea, coffee, milk and homemade rock cakes.
