I was so exited to get my nails done from cute cuticles I had book the appointment weeks in advanced ready for a chrsitmas party at the end of the week I later got a message a week before my appointment asking if i could change my appointment to the Thursday I accepted and said no problem at all. Then got to thursday and i was so exited for my appointment till i got a text 3 hours before saying they have cancelled my appointment due to sickness and they are sorry i replied and explained that i am very upset as i had booked it for a party that they knew about and that it is not fair to cancle my appointment only 3 hours before even though i would gave to pay cancellation fee if it was within 24 hours especially after i already change my appointment date to fit what they wanted. She then replied saying that it is unavoidable and out of her control i asked if there are any spaces for Friday before my party and she said she is fully booked till january and as for friday she doesnt know if she is going to work that day. I honestly am so upset that they could not give a real excuse and was not able to help me at alll for their problem. This was my first time booking with them never again.

Meg is so professional and friendly. absolutely amazing at what she does, so skillful. She is well equipped with all the knowledge and a huge range of colours, sparkles, stencils, and so much more to make your dreams come true. she is incredible at hand painting art too! Highly recommend.

Professional, friendly, welcoming and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! So many colours, glitters and acrylics to choose from, whatever you request Meg can do...and does brilliantly!! Top quality products from a top quality nail technician 💅

Meg is the most welcoming and friendly presence, she’s been doing my nails for years and I couldn’t imagine ever going to another nail technician and on the odd occasion I’ve had to the experience and work just seems inferior, she’s incredibly talented and creative, five stars really isn’t enough!
