Cutting Edge catered for our wedding and did the best job! Chris helped us develop a menu which was served on big sharing boards which looked incredible and got everyone really involved. All our guests commented how exceptional the food was and Chris and his team were so lovely and made the day run so smoothly. The canapés were a particular highlight! Chris and his team delivered some fantastic food for our wedding. We had individual charcuterie cups for everyone as our canapes/starter; barbecued meat, fish and vegan options with salads (all sharer style); and chocolate brownie for dinner. We had so many fantastic comments about the food especially the salmon!

Cutting Edge also ran the bar for us and it was a really slick operation from before the event, to set down the day after the wedding. I really can't recommend these guys enough - excellent food, excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.

We chose Chris to do the catering for our wedding and honestly we could not be happier especially given we both love good quality food... a lot!! We opted for canapes, a 3 course feasting menu, along with the management of the drinks reception and evening bar drinks. Everything from the initial conversations, quoting, the tasting session to the beyond scrummy food and staff on the day was outstanding. So much thought, skill and attention to detail went into every step for which we are so grateful. Chris is hugely talented, with a great team behind him and fun to work with as well.
