I was bought a gift card for a leaving present from my job,
I booked in to ask for lashes (clusters) to be told to go for Russians or hybrids at £55. I opted for Russians as I've had these before from other lash techs and are generally really good. I was told for weeks wear with up keep, fantastic.
the problem was I did not get what I asked for in any shape or form and the tech basically ignored what I wanted. The lady knew I wasn't impressed, I thought let them run the course and least I know for future. problem is over the next 2 and a half days they was non existent. dropping out one after the other by the third day I was left with around 3/4 lashes on each eye.
I contacted cvs and was offered to come back in I declined as they looked horrendous, they was that heavy I could see them through my eyeline. I still looked after them as per aftercare, I explained I would come back if I could have another tech, that wasn't a option as only one tech. I was offered £25 on a gift card for another treatment... I told them I do not want to use them and I paid extra on my debit card. how they are offering £25 on a gift card rather than the £55 that was paid is beyond me. so I do not recommend as you will be told that techs have their own style so your wants are basically irrelevant. you will not get a full refund but will do a partial refund on a gift card. I looked like I had spiders stuck to my eyelids but hey least I got two days out of the four weeks advertised. ?

I had my nails done with gel polish 14/3/23 but they chipped next day. On day two, the gel covering unexpectedly peeled off on one of my nails. I paid £28 to have them done before I went on holiday but the job wasn't fit for purpose. I emailed the salon but had no contact back. Very poor quality gel. I won't be back.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a delightful couples massage experience at this spa, and it was simply fantastic! Rebecca and Katie were incredibly friendly and skillful masseurs who made us feel comfortable right away. The ambiance was charming, especially the romantic balcony with a soothing hot tub and sauna—such a perfect setting for relaxation and quality time together. We left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly pampered. Highly recommend this place for a blissful retreat!

Had a facial today and Rebecca was amazing, she even wrote down some information to help me with my skincare routine which was really appreciated! The facial and massage were so relaxing. I also had a lash lift which wasn't as dramatic as the tech liked and she offered to redo it for me but I love it!

I also come here regularly to get my hair cut and dyed by Claudia and she is also amazing - I've always been super happy with the outcome. All of the staff are very friendly and offer drinks etc. Definitely recommend CV <3

came for my granddaughter 16th birthday. with my daughter too.we have enjoyed the wonderful experience. Rachel was amazing. Full body massage and head. fabulous. my small issues are. no slippers for use of hot tub. wich actually was not very hot. also because 3 of us. I sat in the lounge after my treatment whilst my daughter and granddaughter had their treatment. quite a lot of sitting about. also no hairdryer. and my hair had oil in it.we are having a meal later this evening. wich could have done to tidy my hair. overall brilliant afternoon

My spa day lasted 1 h and 20 min. Given only 30 min to enjoy facilities but Jacuzzi not working so didn't use it even for 30 min. Shower not working... Massage OK. Worst ever spa day I've ever had.

Amazing valentines experience with my SO, thoroughly enjoyed the full body massage, and my GF was very pleased with her manicure.
