So disappointed 😞. Looking forward to a rare treat to a kebab. Ordered a Donner, and a chicken kebab with chips to share . Charged £20 as they won't deliver for less, fair enough, but food arrived cold, without the chips and tasteless. We phoned to advise there was no chips without being rude or aggressive yet, they basically put the phone down on us. Rude. Customer service does not exist particularly over the phone. On a positive note the delivery guy was very pleasant, especially coming out on such a wet and windy night

Unfortunately it seems the Dalyan chain accross the island are now struggling with both their quality of food, and poor management, if the previous reviews at each takeaway establishment and their poorly worded responses by the 'owner' is anything to go by, stay well clear.

Dalyan used to be my go to takeaway restaurant for both kebabs and pizza, and aside from the ups and downs in food quality, a big turn off for me was the treatment both in person, and over the phone, from their staff, which can be reflected in quite a few of the responses seen on google reviews, however ultimately when something goes wrong with dalyan food, it really does go wrong, and if you bother to report it to them, in a friendly manner, you're immediately met with aggressive denial.

I do hope dalyan can sort their management and resturant team out, otherwise i don't see them being able to continue as they currently are.

If you're looking for a kebab, pizza or other takekway, i would strongly reccomend going to one of the other many options on the island with much better reviews.

Rude staff, cold food, dripping wet in juices, was given salad when we asked for the food to come without… over priced slop, served with a bad attitude. Would never give them my custom again.

My sister ordered (in person) fish and chips yesterday from this restaurant. The staff did not say hello when we entered the store. My sister said they have poor customer service.

There was no onion vinegar and no tar tar sauce. The chips tasted as if they were one day old and were very dry! The fish was disgusting! She felt sick when eating it.

No napkins were offered as well!

Do not bother ordering from this restaurant because if you do, you will be disappointed.

Go to another fish shop instead.

I'm not normally a big fan of kebab shops but this one surprised me. Food was really nice, had a kebab, wasn't even drunk and it still tasted good.
The staff in there were nice and the wait wasn't to long at all.
I live in Newport so I used to go to the kebab shop in the High Street, well dalyans smashed them out of the water, I look forward to going back next time I'm in cowes.

Great quality food and super generous portions! We ordered takeaway after a long day of cycling- got the special mix of doner, big fries and a pizza- and the food was so much it lasted us for two dinners and a lunch meal. Super tasty meat, definitely a good option for quick bite on IoW
