Stopped for one night due to very early flight. This hotel is better than some in the local area.||Free parking good tasty food and a decent bar area and restaurant. The room itself was comfy and ok. Missing a bedside lamp though and the bathroom was OK. Shower excellent but the painting and general level of decor wasn't as good as it could have been.||Breakfast not served until 8am!!!! Far to late ||Stairways and hallways are shabby with thread bare carpet.

We booked this hotel for a night before flying from Bristol airport upon arrival into a very grubby car park on a busy busy main road we were shown into a room by a very nice trap but walking up the stairs the state on the stairs and the walls were really grubby so set alarm bells ringing we were then shown into a tiny room with bar tables as bedside tables I don't believe it was a double bed I think it was 3/4 bed the walls the carpets all needed changing it was the tiniest TV screen I've ever seen in my life so we went for a drive decided we couldn't stay there and booked into somewhere else totally different it's a shame that it's given four stars because it really isn't four stars the bar was totally empty and it was a sunny Sunday afternoon on mother's Day so that makes me wonder about other things to would never recommend it

I stayed for 1 night as I was flying from Bristol the next morning Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and the owner/manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He even wheeled my heavy suitcase down the road for me to the bus stop. Great service and a lovely chap

Excellent pre- flight stay. Really nice guy at check in, showed me to the room which was lovely, bathroom just outside the room but completely private. Nice evening meal from a menu with good choice and n ice range of drinks to choose from. Really convenient for the airport.

We stayed a night before our flight from Bristol Airport. Only a few minutes drive away from the airport. Nice friendly pub with great food at very reasonable prices.
The room was nice but needs a little TLC

I recently stayed here, and while there were some good points, there were also a few downsides that affected the overall experience.||The Bad:|Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work during my stay, which was quite inconvenient. The staircase leading to the rooms was steep, making it difficult to carry luggage or navigate after a long day. Another downside was that the landing light stayed on all night, which made it harder to relax. The overpowering smell of an air freshener didn’t help either (which we had to put outside the door). The hotel could definitely use some refurbishment; a fresh coat of paint and new carpets would go a long way. Lastly, while the pub is convenient, it lacked any character or charm, which was a bit disappointing.||The Good:|On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away. The room itself was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is easy to find, and there's plenty of parking available, which is always a bonus. Although I didn’t eat there, the menu looked and smelt appetizing. The location is also very convenient, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, if that. There were plenty of towels provided in the room, and I appreciated the fan, especially on warmer nights.||In summary, while the hotel has its fair share of issues, particularly with its dated décor and lack of Wi-Fi, the friendly staff and comfortable amenities made the stay bearable. A few updates could make this place a lot more appealing.
