Spent a family holiday with adults, kids & a senior

The cottage is fantastic - 5 rooms with double/twin beds, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, 2 downstairs bed & bathrooms. Two kitchens, large garden and in door dining tables, sun loungers, outdoor bbq. Lovely conservatory with a hammock & garden with pond and hot tub outside. Two comfy lounges. TVs in all bedrooms and in the lounges plus one in the smaller kitchen.

Really well decorated & maintained well. Indoor games like Connect 4, Risk, Monopoly.

Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and Starbucks coffee pods for the coffee machine!

Rocky beach 15 mins away, sandy beach 50 mins away. Forest walks on your doorstep. Five mins drive to local supermarkets. You have access to private land with a lake in which you can boat in.

We went in hot weather & fans were in most rooms.

Owner is very responsive and does his best to make things comfortable

Few v minor issues - internet and phone reception patchy, meant I had to lean out the window to get reception. Water has a slight taste.

Overall would highly recommend and we're looking to rebook soon!
