Comfy bed, has all the basic necessities like shampoo, shower gel, hair-dryer and towels. Location is great, a little way down from the main services but somehow surrounded by nature. Service was good from the overnight staff as we were in the foyer until 1am. Check-out was easy and I’d stay again if I needed to be in the location

What a delightful team here at Days Inn. The lovely manager, Sam greeted us on arrival. We were told there was a planned power outage, which had unfortunately overrun its planned time. |This did not faze Sam, she allowed us to check our bags in and reassured us that normal service would resume.|The hotel itself is a very welcoming place, simple but comfortable. There's a microwave and toaster in reception, which helps keep those service station prices down. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, a little stopover before our trip further south west.|10/10.

There is a service road very handy in case you need to go down south. The hotel is clean, friendly and helpful staff. I did not get any names, but everyone was lovely. I had a very good night sleep, the mattress was comfortable. Clean sheets and fluffy towels. Will stay again. Thank you Days in for a good stay.

Couldn't really fault it. Its obviously a budget hotel, however the room was clean and the bed was comfy. Hot water wasn't that hot in the bathroom though. But room has tea and coffee facilities. Reception has a microwave and toaster for use, plus extra tea coffee milk. And snacks and drinks available to buy (some alcoholic ones too).|Reception staff were lovely.

So, I've given it 4 stars. It is in no way a 4 star hotel you understand, but for a Days Inn at motorway services, it's exactly what you'd expect. Simple, functional and clean. Didn't see much of the staff, the ones I did were friendly and helpful.

Location wise, it's perfect for a stop over on the way to Glastonbury Festival, and round the back there's a little hill you can walk up and enjoy the view with a beer.

Arrived last minute with twins, 2 dogs (one on travel drugs and the other a bouncy 3 year old GSP). Staff Janey and Jay were amazing, made us feel really welcome and swapped to down stairs room and opened doors and carried babies!|The hotel clearly needs an upgrade, which I think would support the staff and more people would come. Just a lick of paint etc. Pricing is fair though. |Will stay again !|Cheers!

Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Extending my stay was an easy process. The room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. The service road was a god send and gave access without using the motorway. Bed was comfy and clean towels. Use of microwave and toaster in reception too!

Nothing flash, but clean, tidy, cheap and convenient. We use this place when traveling to Cornwall twice a year, it's a half way stop for us with small children, and a great EV charging site.
