Really easy parking at this hotel and next to lots of amenities too! Friendly staff with easy check in both times special shout out to Toby and cat on reception who were friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome.Rooms spacious modern and very clean. For a large hotel it is very quiet. Pet friendly for our dogs. We are repeat stayers when seeing family. Value for money 100%.

Stayed for a couple of hours, enjoyed our room. The design of the shower and the toilet together, and the sink/vanity outside is just amazing - might incorporate that in my next room planning project. We had coffee and tea provided, lovely service and friendly staff.

Great location and lovely and clean. What more could you want? Stayed here a few times now. They also welcome your furry friend, which is super handy. I honestly don’t think you get a better all round motorway hotel.

A pleasant rest stop when I'm visiting family in the area. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable, and there are good cafes and shops in the nearby services. The sestaff are always friendly and willing to help - a special shout-out to Toby Harvey for ensuring I had a perfect room for my four-night stay!

Check in was quick and easy and the staff member i dealt with was great. The room was functional, but tired. The window looked as if it was falling off its hinges, and wasn’t very clean. The bed was comfortable but my only moan with this is that the bottom sheet was too small for the actual mattress. In terms of the shower, it worked and had hot water but it had seen better days. It was more orange that a teenager who’s just discovered fake tan. But with the addition of mould.

Overall, i survived and is fine for some kip.

Excellent facilities great location. Welcomed by Toby who was friendly but professional. Helped me out with some printing and useful information. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean . Plenty of choice for food to suit all pockets at adjacent services

I just stayed here with my family and to say this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed here is an understatement! Everywhere you looked there were stains and dirt. My sons bed had a huge yellow stain on the bed. The remote looked like it's never been cleaned. The toilet had feaces on the toilet seat. Bed was hard and room was freezing. I would never stay here again. The staff did not overly care. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!
