Incredibly happy with how my hair has turned out.
I wasn't happy with a previous cut and colour which was done elsewhere, so I was quite nervous about rectifying it.
I shouldn't have been nervous, felt completely at ease and in capable hands of a knowledgeable stylist.
I have had lots of compliments since I had it done last night.
My hair was in bad condition which is something I'm not used to. I had my hair treated with Olaplex, lifted and lightened and a toner. The colour is much more 'me' and I finally feel like myself again. I also had a trim to correct layers that were not sitting well on my head. I still need to grow my hair somewhat to get the desired look I'm going for, but I'm am much happier now with how it looks.
I would highly recommend this salon. I can't tell you how happy I am. Have already booked my next appointment, I really can't see me going anywhere else now ☺️

I've just had a back and shoulder massage with Samantha (senior therapist) and have to say how good I feel. I've been traveling through airports this week with a rucksack and this has caused my back and shoulders to ache and feel tense. After a 45 min massage by back feels as good as new again. Thanks Sam great job! 👍

I wish I could give this place no stars. They destroyed my hair and unfortunately did nothing to rectify the situation. Really not good. Staff were rude. There are other amazing salons in the area. Give them a go instead!

Awful service. Don't seem to care that the customer is unhappy with the service, and put the blame back onto the customer. Wish I'd not gone back again, as it's not the first time. Lesson learnt!

Excellent pedicure and lash lift by Poppy. The best pedicure I've had done in a while. She was friendly and explained everything she was doing. Will definitely book again with Poppy

I have used the hair salon today which was really nice
Massage recliner chairs at the basin absolutely top tier never had that before anywhere else
Really like how she cut & styled my hair
I've had my brows waxed & tinted here and used VA asthetics for my b12 jabs
All the lasses are really nice and it's a 1 stop shop for everything you need

I had a Free Cut & Blow Dry voucher for here which I used this morning.

De Lacy didn’t disappoint.
I got asked more or less straight away if I would like a drink making, which arrived very well presented on a little tray.

I then got my hair washed over at the basin but was asked if I would like the massaging reclining chair switched on, obviously I accepted haha, I was also given a short head massage whilst shampooing and conditioning my hair, which was a lovely added extra. The products used on my hair was lovely, you could tell they were of a high standard.

I then had my hair cut and blow dried, I was very happy with the result.

It wasn’t just the finishing result I was most impressed with it was the full salon experience and customer service I received, that sometimes does actually make your decision of whether to return or not, and I most definitely will be.

Thank you 🙂 unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the stylist but this lady definitely made the start of my day a good one.

So went in on Friday for full head colour, my hair was a couple of different colours, due to bleaching black colour out, when I had gone for my patch test the stylist took a hair sample from the darker area as I was looking at going a dark blonde/light brown.

Went back in on Friday and Charlie the stylist started off saying that she was going to put a chemical shampoo on my hair to make it so the hair colour would look even all over, I told her I didn't want a chemical shampoo as I had just got my hair back healthy looking from when I had it bleached and that I didn't mind if the colour wasn't the same all the way through, she was adamant she was putting a chemical shampoo on it and i asked what were the results from the hair sample, to which she said the stylist wasn't in and no notes had been left on it and that she would try and contact her.

Charlie couldn't get hold of her, so after a few more times of her mentioning this chemical shampoo and me saying no she said she was going to go and ring her manager, 10 minutes later she came back to say she didn't feel comfortable putting the colour on without the chemical shampoo first because, again, the hair wouldn't be all one colour from root to ends and again I said I didn't mind about that and that she wouldn't be colouring it that day and that her manager had said for me to book in another day. I never booked in for another day and left the salon.

After, I decided to seek a 2nd opinion so asked another hairdresser somewhere else and they said they would not put a chemical shampoo on my hair because it would cause it go dry and ultimately brake off and if I was prepared to take the risk of it all not being the same colour they would just do the colour.

However, they couldn't fit me and I needed my hair doing for Saturday, so I went home bought a boxed hair colour on my way and I just want to say thank you Charlie you saved me £80+ because the boxed colour has covered and guess what it is all the same colour from root to end no problem and hair still looking healthy.

So Charlie you have just caused a loss of £80 plus future custom and as I used to go for a few beauty treatments I will not be returning and finding an alternative place for them also.
