This was our first visit to Decoy Barns and won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly owners, shown to our room and had amenities explained to us. We were even treated to a welcome cup of tea. Our room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The room included tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge which held fresh milk (always better than the little plastic, long life milk containers) We chose to have breakfast on each morning of our two night stay. We were able to pick individual items for our hot breakfast which was cooked perfectly and was plentiful. |The location was quiet and relaxing. Outside of our room, there was a pretty, manicured garden. Free, gated parking was available to the front of the building. ||Thank you to the owners for a restful and enjoyable stay.

We stayed with our 7 year old granddaughter in a 2 bedroomed family room with a kitchenette and direct access to a well maintained garden. We were impressed with the bath towels which were large and fluffy! |Even though we only stayed 2 nights the beds were made and the rooms tidied after our first night. |Our granddaughter loved playing with the hosts’ dog buddy.|Our hosts John and Suzannah were such nice people with lots of knowledge of local attractions. |The breakfasts were great and they offered a discount on the breakfast price (which is very good value) for our granddaughter even though she ate almost as much as us!|Would certainly book again when next visiting the area.

We recently stayed here for a family holiday, we didn’t know what to expect, the pictures and reviews seemed great, when we arrived we were greeted by John (host) and once we entered the building we were instantly transported to the great bed and breakfast accommodation from yesteryears. It’s really great that places like this still exist. The family suite was amazing and fitted our requirements exactly, travelling with two young kids and have a suite which has two rooms is amazing. All in all it was a great find and we will definitely return. Thanks for everything

Hosts John and Suzanne are so welcoming and nothing too much trouble.

Clean and well laid out. Rooms are spacious, no road noise, fantastic bathroom and lovely tea and coffee in the room as well.

Own outside seating area and table outside the room.

Fantastic choice of breakfast, fruit, cereal and cooked. Bacon was nice thick rashers too.

Would recommend staying here. We loved our stay here. Thank you John and Suzanne.

This was our last stopping point along the Norfolk Coastal Path and, though we met with excellent service along the walk, this was the very best. John not only picked us up from Hopton on Sea, he took us to the pub where we had booked dinner, came back out to bring us back and then in the morning ensured we got to the train station in time. The B&B itself is immaculate, we were in one of the snug but very comfortable courtyard rooms and the breakfast was excellent. Absolutely could not fault it.

John saved the day when our lodge nearby was flooded and we needed a place to stay. The room was very comfortable and he made us feel right at home. Lovely little BnB. We stayed in one of the suites with a kids room attached with a kitchenette in between the 2 bedrooms and en suite bathroom. I cannot recommend this place enough.
