We reported that our toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor and reception staff did offer to move us but we were on our way out for the evening .But to be honest the room needs attention the wardrobe doors had been removed with some force as they had left holes, some of the hinges and split wooden surrounds.There were cracks and stains on the ceiling and bodged paintwork. The bathroom floor grouting was dirty,u definitely the sink the wood was falling apart.The showerhead needs descaling, overflow and plughole were dirty.The taps seen better days on the bath.Overall for the money very disappointing wouldn't stay again.The only good thing was the breakfast. When you walk into the hotel the foyer is lovely shame our room wasn't the same.

Stayed from Monday to Friday, Checked in Monday evening and the welcome was really good the ladies name was Sim, Sim set the mark for the whole stay. Was given directions to my room and also shown how to join the BONVOY app and gain points/rewards for my stay. My room was 122 on the first floor, the room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I went to the gym and that was really good and had everything needed for my work out. afterward went to the bar for food, the staff were amazing, Ella and all the staff couldn't do enough for me and made me feel welcome, i ordered food from and drinks from my table. The food came out was amazing, really good steak!! i would recommend this place for your stay and if i am back this will be my place of choice.

Stayed for one night. Staff all charming and very helpful throughout. Very pleasant room and extremely comfortable bed. Parking was £9 for 24 hours which is exceptional value nowadays. Delicious breakfast and 12 noon checkout time. To conclude, a great hotel… unable to fault in any way.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay for us, this started from the point of check in, which seemed to take forever, they tried to charge my card with a £50 room service fee, to which I questioned later on that evening as I requested room service and it was not available.
We booked a suite which was located on the 2nd floor right next to lift lobby, so we had the constant noise of people coming and going, the room is also located on the corner that is next to the busy roundabout, so we had constant noise from that as well.
When we got to out room there was a table outside that had someone's room clearance bottles and food, this was still there the next day when we left.
The room itself was OK but the furniture looked very tired.
We were also disappointed to be charged for parking at the hotel, I can't understand why hotels feel it's necessary to do this if you're a guest there.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Bedroom very good size with a king size bed and all the mod cons required like a desk, wardrobe and an arm chair. The bathroom was very modern with a shower/bath and as I would describe a big arse toilet lol. Television was large size and had Freeview channels. Had a kettle with free tea bags, coffee, biscuits etc. There is hotel car parking which is £9 per night for guests as long as register your car at reception. Shame there were no EV charging points available at the hotel. However, there is a Lidl PodPoint fast charger across the road but limited to 90mins parking. There is a restaurant and bar area for guests. There is a lot of surrounding bars or restaurants as an alternative choice. The breakfast is a good selection choice of hot & cold food. The free internet at the hotel is very good on the signal strength. All the staff were very helpful and friendly from check in and in the bar/restaurant area. A credit needs to go to how friendly and helpful they are.

I think the attention to detail with welcoming their guest was a really nice touch. There was a young lady working behind the desk by the name of Sim who was just the type of pleasant a guest needs at a hotel.
Air Condition was tricky in our room but it may be different in another. Gym felt like you were in the movie Rocky and the light kept going off to add to the basement allure. (Nice touch!) ?

Stayed for a night on 09th September 2024 with family. The room was very clean and decent size to accommodate a family of four. However, air conditioning was not working. When talked to staff, was told it’s winter time so air conditioning is switched off now. I couldn’t believe such a response while it’s officially still summer. Talked to another staff who said maintenance guy is not available today so can’t switch on air conditioning. The staff offered a fan but was given faulty one. I’ve given up at the end. I’ll never ever stay at any Marriott hotel in future.
