Lovely hotel, professional staff who are always there to help. The breakfast is plentiful and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The business lounge is adequate with a good variety of foods in the evening. They could have some comfortable sofas or armchairs in there. The rooms are large and comfortable, the only issue was the bathroom. They need to change the shower doors so that the water does not leak. It is quite dangerous when you step out of the bath as the water covers the floor and gets slippery. Other than that, a great hotel and reasonably priced.

Lovely stay. The staff are welcoming and professional. The rooms are large and well equipped. The only issue was with the shower, they should change the doors. Water leaks everywhere onto the floor and it can be slippery when you get out as the water goes everywhere. The club lounge has a great presentation in the evening with some hot dishes and salads...enough for a dinner. Overall we had a great stay and are due to return on Saturday.

I stay at this hotel every week for a night, or sometimes twice a week. The rooms are good size and clean . The breakfast buffet is very large with a lot of choices.I am a fitness fanatic and there is one at the hotel . The gym is huge with a lot of equipment. Staff very friendly. I want to prise a member of the team called Ewelina. She is consistently friendly, approachable and always willing to help whether it is answering a question about machine, offering a spot or just sharing motivation word. Keep up the great job .

Overall had a great stay at this property as the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. My room was a mix of updated/outdated but it was clean and comfortable regardless. Easy parking on site and a fantastic breakfast in the main restaurant. Their gym is great and full of nice equipment. Well run Marriott even with a few rough edges.

I personally had a good experience here, very spacious rooms, air conditioning worked a treat which I was thankful about as it was a scorching day.
The rooms you could say were slightly dated but more than sufficient sleep and it had all the things you would want in the room.
Staff were mixed had to wait a while to order food and drink at the bar but the lady at the restaurant, who seemed to be head of house was really well organised knew what she was doing and very helpful.
Check in isn't the fastest compared to other hotels I've been too but they were nice enough that it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Avoid if you can, or be alert for your security if you have to stay there not by choice -especially if you are a woman.
I stayed at this hotel as my flight got cancelled and the airline sent most passengers to this hotel.
I checked in and went to my room (with the concierge who was helping with my luggage) only to find a man was already in the room when I opened the door. I went back to reception and got another room. Hours later in my second room, a man tried to get in and was fighting with the door. Luckily I had locked it however there was no extra swing bar lock. I called reception right away and they said they would send security, no one ever came. I could not sleep that night.
I reported the issue to the manager, all I was offered was the same apology as at reception the first time "it should not have happened". If anything happened to me, of course "it should not have happened".

I have been a weekly guest at the Delta Windsor for many years and I've got to know a number of the team. Unfortunately I've experienced a change in the customer experience when highlighting concerns and issues . It's sad in that a brilliant hotel and best in class service that I used to experience has in many ways disappeared and this weeks recent situation was another reminder of the new reality of this hotel. I know there's zero point is raising concerns in this forum and face to face as nothing more than lip service is provided with little if any action. I now have widen my choice of hotels in the local area for accommodation and business events .

We chose to stay at this hotel due to the close proximity to Windsor and LHR. This is not a Marriott grade hotel. The whole place felt dirty - the toilet handle was broken in the room and there was no way to adjust the room temperature. The room stayed warm and musty feeling, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel amenities list airport transportation, just know this is at a cost, not a service they provide. I booked this hotel thinking they offered a shuttle to/from LHR airport. When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to ask where to pick up the shuttle, I was advised to take a taxi or bus. The Taxi cost us $78 USD from LHR to this hotel. I was able to uber back to the airport for $21 USD. The area surrounding the hotel is not walkable. Overall, it felt like a dirty budget hotel- we were extremely disappointed and would never stay here again. I would advise staying at a hotel at LHR and using a train to get to Windsor
